Child, trust and practice this protection and reversal. Clearly visualize yourself as the deity, from the heart, the seed syllable radiates light towards the east. From the Abhirati Pure Land in the east, you can visualize it as Gyalwa Gyatso or any deity. The light strikes the heart of Bhagavan Akshobhya. Remembering the past aspirations and vows. The body radiates immeasurable blue light. Absorbing into myself and those to be protected, contemplate that all fears and harms are pacified. ༈. Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Akshobhya, when he practiced the Bodhisattva path in the past, with the truth and true words he made vows, and the words he spoke, with these truths and true words that have reached the other shore, may all fears, frights, plagues, and harms be extinguished for myself, the patrons, disciples, those to be protected, and the objects of focus. The way to pacify all diseases except those resulting from karmic ripening is extensively explained in the two treatises, the extensive and concise versions of the Medicine Sutra. Fire, water, poison, weapons, king, robbers (202), and thieves, in short, whatever fear and harm may arise, radiate light from one's own heart in the southern direction. To the summit of Mount Potala. It strikes the heart of the noble Avalokiteshvara. Contemplate with immeasurable compassion, and bestow protection. White light radiates like the rising sun. As soon as it strikes me and all those to be protected, it dispels all harm like sunlight striking hail. Homage to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, who bestows fearlessness and bestows fearlessness! Homage! Noble Avalokiteshvara, I beseech you to protect me and all those to be protected from all fears and harms. Om Padma Chinda Mani Jvala Hum! May all fears and harms be Shintam Kuru Svaha! Recite one, seven, three, etc., according to the need. This is the heart essence of Avalokiteshvara's Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. (203) If there is no doubt, it can protect all fears, as extensively explained in the White Lotus Sutra. This mantra is from the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Tantra, and the essential instructions from the Han tradition transmitted from Sagya. The benefits of these three stages of upper and lower essential instructions are detailed in their respective sutras. Blessing, power of truth, protection, it is finished. Among these three realms, this is the most powerful, therefore it is commonly known as the Lord of the World. To avert by the power of his compassion, face the direction where harm is being done to oneself, or the direction the guest has departed, the direction where fear exists. Facing that direction, instantly recall oneself completely. Visualize the body with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes. Stand with feet together, and extend both hands horizontally, palms facing upwards. Then draw them back, placing both palms together at the heart.
