Uninterrupted visualization. For those of the Nyingma lineage who have the self-entry (initiation) tradition, receive the self-entry (initiation). If there is no self-entry (initiation), then receive the four initiations of Samadhi (page 490) with extremely clear visualization. After that, perform the Tsok, offer the Tsok food, make the completion, and recite the short Vajrasattva mantra. Visualize the Guru and Yidam as inseparable and one, with the white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城體:ओ,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ,漢語字面意思:嗡), red AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城體:आ,梵文羅馬擬音:āḥ,漢語字面意思:阿), and blue HUM (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城體:हुं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:吽) at the three places (of the body). After that, the white, red, and blue hundred-syllable mantra wheels revolve. From them, radiate white, red, and blue hundred-syllable mantras. The three syllables at the three places of oneself revolve around. From them, descend white, red, and blue nectars. Filling oneself, purify all the vows broken and degenerated by body, speech, and mind. Think of your body as a crystal ball. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra such as "OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城體:ओ,梵文羅馬擬音:oṃ,漢語字面意思:嗡) SAMAYA, AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城體:आ,梵文羅馬擬音:āḥ,漢語字面意思:阿) SAMAYA, HUM (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城體:हुं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:吽) SAMAYA, GURU JIG GHANZA KRASTA SAMAYA," etc. Recite seven times or more, or less than a hundred times, depending on the situation. From then on, generate a firm understanding that the Guru and Yidam are inseparable. Gyalwa Rinpoche Mikyö Dorje said, "When an ordinary Guru gives initiation and guidance, (page 491) in order for all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to take care of the faithful disciples, that Guru also enters the (Buddhas and Bodhisattvas') mandala and gives initiation and blessings to the disciples. After the initiation and guidance are completed, do not stay." He spoke like the body of red glue. Thus, if one can gain a firm understanding that the Guru and Yidam are inseparable, then one does not need to rely on the distance of the lineage. The accomplished Lingje Repa said, "I confess that I see the Guru residing in the Buddha's position as an ordinary person, and that I distinguish the lineage as distant or close." That teaching also has that meaning. After the Tsok wheel and so on are completed, dissolve the front-generated Guru mandala into oneself. Meditate that the Guru and one's own mind are inseparable and mixed. Ultimately, the Guru, Yidam, and one's own mind are one without any difference in essence, without any difference in emptiness in essence, without any difference in clear and empty nakedness in nature, (page 492) without any difference in the spontaneous manifestation of great compassion. When one truly understands these, it is called the union of mind and heart. That is the devotion to the Guru Dharmakaya. At this time, even if one does not understand it in this way, one should do the visualization of mixing and receive its meaning. Vis

即使没有邪祟,若是大修,则按照大修仪轨镇压共同的 Dam sri(དམ་སྲི།,梵文天城体:Dam sri,梵文罗马拟音:Dam sri,汉语字面意思:誓言鬼)。

Profoundly eliminate obstacles with clear words and phrases. After that, if you are going to do recitation and practice, first practice a deity without evil spirits, such as Avalokiteśvara, Hayagriva, or Tara. The peaceful Padmasambhava deities do not have evil spirits. Even if there are no evil spirits, if it is a great practice, then suppress the common Dam sri (Dam sri, Devanagari: Dam sri, Romanized Sanskrit: Dam sri, literal meaning: oath ghost) according to the great practice ritual. Yama and the like, as well as Palden Lhamo, Vaishravana and the like, Dharma protectors and oath-bound deities are fierce with evil spirits. Four-armed Avalokiteśvara, hermaphrodites, Red Jambhala, etc., although there are evil spirits, they are not particularly fierce. First, with Hayagriva and other yidams, suppress the evil spirits according to the ritual through the steps of recitation and practice. This is the method of eliminating obstacles from evil spirits. If it is a great practice (493), from the beginning of the practice, expel the wandering ones according to the great practice ritual. Even if it is not a great practice, but bad omens appear in dreams, it is best to invoke Kuntuzangmo. This is the method of eliminating obstacles according to the Nyingma tradition. In the New Schools, there are also similar ones, with different names but the same meaning. The many obstacles that harm all practitioners are mentioned in the Supreme Wisdom Tantra. Although the methods of subduing them separately are explained in detail, to put it briefly, in order to make it easy to practice, when starting practice, when the sun rises, face the sun, join your palms, and recite my mantra, may you obstacles be happy. By saying this, the obstacles will gather there. Then visualize the nectar swirling, and recite Om Amrita Hum Phat (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།, Devanagari: ओṃ अमृत हुṃ फट, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ amṛte hūṃ phaṭ, literal meaning: Om Amrita Hum Phat) about seven times, then show a wrathful expression, stomp your feet and say: If you want to stay, stay, don't move! After saying this, scoop up a handful of clean water seven times and sprinkle it to the east, and do this occasionally. Until the practice is completed, the obstacles will be bound. It is said that after the practice is completed, it is necessary to release them with intention. Flowers, incense, and lamps, because each has obstacles, even if offered, the deities will not be pleased. When offering flowers, recite the mantra and offer them. The residue of incense and whatever else there is, put it in a pottery pot or, if you can't find one, in a tile, light it, hold the butter in your left hand and offer it, burn it, and blow the incense with your mouth. Make one or two small lamps, and place the smaller one upside down on top of the other.
