ཛམྦུའི་གླིང་དུ་བྱོན་ནས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་པར་བྱེདཅིང་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱིན་པར་བྱེད་དེ་ཇི་སྲིད་སྐྱེ་རྒུ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་ལོ་དྲུག་བརྒྱ་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པའི་བསྟན་པ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་སྟེ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་ལོ་བདུན་བརྒྱ་ཐུབ་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་ཉན་ཐོས་དེ་དག་གིས་གང་སའི་སྟེང་འདི་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པའི་བསྟན་པའི་ཚོགས་ཇི་སྙེད་པ་དེ་དག་གཅིག་དུ་བསྡུས་ནས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་གྱི་མཆོད་རྟེན་གཅིག་བྱས་སྟེ་ཀུན་ནས་བསྐོར་ནས་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་སྟེ་འདུག་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་དེ་ལ་འདུད་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་དེ་ཕྱག་བྱས་ནས་ཕུང་པོའི་ལྷག་མ་མེད་པའི་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཆོད་རྟེན་དེ་ཡང་ནུབ་ནས་འོག་གི་གསེར་གྱི་ས་གཞི་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ལ་གནས་སོ། །དེར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པའི་བསྟན་པ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་ཤིང་དེ་ཕྱིན་རང་རྒྱལ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་བྱམས་པའི་སྐབས་ལུང་དུ་བསྟན་ནོ། །དེ་ཕྱིན་ཚེ་ལོ་ཡར་འཕེལ་དེ་སྲིད་ཏུ། །ཤཱཀྱའི་བསྟན་ལ་ཐེག་འབྲིང་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི། །རང་རྒྱལ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བདུན་འབྱུང་འགྱུར་སྟེ། །སློབ་དཔོན་མེད་པར་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་བྱས་ནས། །(ཀ༡༡ན) རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས་འདུལ་བསོད་སྙོམས་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡིས། །གཞན་གྱི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དཔེལ་བར་མཛད། །དེ་བཞིན་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང༌། །བསྟན་པ་མེད་པའི་སྟོངས་ལ་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན། །མི་རྣམས་ཚེ་ལོ་བརྒྱད་ཁྲིར་འཕེལ་བའི་ཚེ། །གཟུགས་སྟོབས་ཁ་དོག་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མཐའ་ཡས་སྟེ། །ས་བོན་གཅིག་ལས་འབྲས་བུ་ལན་བདུན་འཕེལ། །ཆེ་ཞིང་བཅུད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་འབྲུ་རྣམས་ནི། །སྙེ་མ་རེ་ལས་བྲེ་བོ་བཞི་རེ་འབྱུང༌། །ཕྱོགས་རེར་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དཔག་ཚད་གཉིས་བསྐམས་སྟེ། །འཛམ་གླིང་ཡངས་ཤིང་གཡང་ས་ངམ་གྲོག་མེད། །མཉམ་ཞིང་འཇམ་པ་རིན་ཆེན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བརྡལ། །བྱ་གག་འཕུར་སྟབས་ཆོད་པར་གྲོང་གིས་ཁྱབ། །མི་རྣམས་ནད་ནི་ཟས་མི་ཟ་བ་དང༌། །འདོད་དང་རྒ་བ་གསུམ་ཡིན་ནད་གཞན་མེད། །དེ་ཚེ་རིན་ཆེན་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡི། །གླིང་བཞིའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་རྒྱལ་དུང་དང་ནི། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱམས་པ་འབྱུང་འགྱུར་སྟེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཅིག་ཅར་འབྱུང་བ་ནི། །སྨོན་ལམ་མཐུ་རུ་མཆོད་སྡོང་གླིང་བཞི

在赡部洲出现后，将如实宣说殊胜之法，并广为弘扬。当众生的寿命达到六百岁时，世尊释迦牟尼的教法，殊胜之法将住世。当人们的寿命达到七百岁时，那些声闻弟子们将此赡部洲上所有世尊释迦牟尼教法的僧众聚集在一起，建造一座七宝佛塔，然后围绕佛塔，结跏趺坐，并这样说道：顶礼世尊、如来、阿罗汉、正等觉释迦牟尼佛！说完顶礼后，便进入无余涅槃界而完全寂灭。佛塔也会倒塌，沉入下方的金地之中。在那里，世尊释迦牟尼的教法，殊胜之法将会隐没。世尊如此宣说，此后也授记了独觉出现和弥勒佛出世之事。此后寿命不断增长，进入释迦教法的中乘者，将出现七千万俱胝的独觉，他们无需导师，便能现证智慧。(ཀ༡༡ན)通过神变调伏众生，通过行乞度日，增上他人行善的根本。同样，所有独觉佛，都将出现在没有教法的空虚时代。当人们的寿命增长到八万岁时，身形、力量、肤色和受用都将是无量的。一粒种子可以长出七倍的果实。巨大而富有营养的谷物，每一穗可以产出四簸箕。每个方向的海水都会干涸两由旬，赡部洲变得宽广，没有悬崖和深渊。平坦而柔软的土地上铺满了各种珍宝。村庄密集得像乌鸦飞行时翅膀可以碰触到。人们的疾病只有三种：不吃饭、贪欲和衰老，没有其他疾病。那时，将出现拥有七宝的四大部洲的转轮王和弥勒圆满正等觉佛。两种稀有同时出现，是往昔发愿力的结果，如同供养树和四大部洲。

Having appeared in Jambudvipa, they will truly expound the excellent Dharma and widely propagate it. As long as the lifespan of beings reaches six hundred years, the excellent Dharma of the teachings of the Blessed One Shakyamuni will abide. When people's lifespan reaches seven hundred years, those Shravaka disciples will gather together all the Sangha of the teachings of the Blessed One Shakyamuni on this Jambudvipa, build a stupa of seven precious substances, then circumambulate the stupa, sit in the lotus position, and say: Homage to the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni! Having said this and prostrated, they will completely pass into the realm of Nirvana without remainder. The stupa will also collapse and sink into the golden ground below. There, the excellent Dharma of the teachings of the Blessed One Shakyamuni will disappear. The Blessed One spoke thus, and thereafter also prophesied the appearance of Pratyekabuddhas and the coming of Maitreya Buddha. Thereafter, as the lifespan continues to increase, those who enter the Middle Vehicle of the Shakya teachings, seven hundred million kotis of Pratyekabuddhas will appear, who, without a teacher, will manifest wisdom. (ཀ༡༡ན) Through miraculous transformations they will tame beings, and through begging they will spend their days, increasing the roots of virtue in others. Likewise, all the Pratyekabuddhas will appear in an empty age without teachings. When people's lifespan increases to eighty thousand years, their form, strength, complexion, and enjoyment will be limitless. One seed will grow sevenfold in fruit. The grains, large and full of nutrients, will yield four brevo from each ear. In each direction, the ocean will dry up two yojanas, and Jambudvipa will become vast, without cliffs or ravines. The flat and soft ground will be covered with all kinds of jewels. Villages will be so dense that crows flying can touch them with their wings. People's diseases will only be three: not eating, desire, and old age, there will be no other diseases. At that time, a Chakravartin king of the four continents, possessing the seven precious substances, and the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Maitreya will appear. The simultaneous appearance of these two rare ones is the result of past aspirations, like the offering tree and the four continents.
