This is the scroll of the goddess's wind practice. ༈ The practice of subduing enemies through wind practice based on the bear's urine, with the best being seven days, the intermediate eight, and the worst nine, is presented here. Namaḥ Mahākāla. For the activity of Kṣetrapāla, inside the bear's (871) urine, write the linga with mantras. Surround the heart with human bones and mantras. Anoint it with poisonous blood and oozing substances. Attach the protective thread made of Vasuta to the rib bone, curved knife, and waist. For the juniper phurba, the size of a finger, attach the tip of the protective thread to the iron dagger and the effigy. Tie the bear's claws to the tip with silk and hair. Generate yourself as Yeshe Gonpo. From the three phurba rituals, in the generation as the Lord of Action, bind the enemy's orifice with a noose. Cut the life force of all the curved knives. Offer all the heart's blood to the mouth. Recite the mantra of the main deity a hundred thousand times. Visualize light radiating from the Hūṃ in your heart, urging the messengers of action. Oṃ Kṣetrapāla Vighnan Choṃ Mārāya Hūṃ Phaṭ. If you accomplish this for seven days, the best is seven days, the intermediate eight, and the worst will be subdued in nine days. Offer the torma and entrust the activity. Although there are many activities of the field protectors, there is nothing deeper than this for me. Therefore, entrust it to the son of my heart. Air enters from the two lower doors, and when the air enters the heart, day and night become reversed and confused.
