Tso dra. Therefore, those with mindfulness should not be attached to this world. So it is said. Then, sitting with the body posture on a comfortable seat, instantly visualize yourself as Chakrasamvara, with one face and two arms, inseparable from the consort. On the lotus and sun above your head, visualize the root guru, whose essence is Buddha, whose form is the guru, adorned with marks and signs, with a smiling face, possessing the nature of light and rays. His body is such that one cannot be satisfied by looking at it, radiant with the splendor of a hundred thousand suns. Hearing his name grants the ground of non-retrogression. Needless to say, blessings will arise if you pray to him. Meditate on him. From his (776) heart, rays of light emanate, merging with all the lineage gurus, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, yidam deities, dakinis, dharma protectors, and all those with whom you have a Dharma connection. Meditate on the guru as the essence of all Buddhas of the three times. In front of you, with those who harm you as the main focus, visualize all sentient beings as vast as the sky, respectfully joining their palms, verbally praying with reverence, and mentally paying homage with devotion, thinking that they are praying with the sound of "Kudi riri". Guru Buddha Rinpoche, please release the mind of self-grasping, may unnecessary thoughts arise in my mind, may I master the illusory body and dreams (777), may I realize the clear light Mahamudra. Pray intensely from the core of your heart, from the depths of your bones. In the Tantra of Dakini Conduct, it says: "By whose kindness, the very nature of great bliss, arises in an instant, the guru's body is like a precious jewel, I prostrate to the lotus feet of Vajradhara." And Niguma said: "The stages of the five paths and ten bhumis, should be traversed by the power of devotion. The appearance of the guru should not be separated, the meaning of the tantras is the supreme essence." Having prayed in this way, appearances dissolve into emptiness like water mixing into a face. Visualize yourself as Chakrasamvara, possessing body color, hand gestures, (778) ornaments, clothing, posture, etc. Although appearances have form, touch has no substance. Like a reflection in a mirror, this is created by your own mind. Apart from what appears in the mind, there is nothing else that exists externally. Appearance is appearance, but it is not real. This is just a dream, it is an illusion, think like that.

Then, the external earth, water, fire, and wind; land, stones, mountains, and rocks; flowers, plants, forests; Mount Meru; houses and walls; hopes and; the internal beings born from essence; women; enemies and friends; horses, cattle, and so on. In short, all phenomena encompassed by appearance and existence, except for what is constructed by one's own mind and appears in one's mind, there is not a single thing that exists independently outside. (779) Appearance is appearance, truth is not truth. All these are dreams, are illusions. Meditate single-pointedly on this. In the Sutra of the Youthful Manifestation, it says: All phenomena are like illusions and dreams. Whoever speaks and remembers these words, is liberated from the bonds of existence, and will surely attain enlightenment in this very life. Thus it is said. Post-meditation: In all actions and behaviors, think as if you are about to die, and without separating from the appearance of the guru, with devotion and earnestness. Especially, think, "I have fallen asleep. This is a dream walking, sitting, and lying down. The food and clothing in the dream, the pleasant and unpleasant words in the dream, the attachment and aversion in the dream, and so on (780)." Think like this, and also recite it in speech. In your mind, treat everything as illusion and dream. In this way, everything you do will become virtuous practice. In the Compendium Sutra, it says: Walking, sitting, lying down, and abiding, be fully endowed with mindfulness. Like a yoke, watch and go, without mental distraction while walking. And Niguma says: If you do not know how to meditate on all appearances, what is the use of relying on antidotes? What is the use of abandoning evil places by abandoning? Knowing it as illusion, one is liberated in one's own place. And it says: All appearances and sounds of actions, cultivate with the intention of having fallen asleep. Actual appearance and dream, there is not a single difference between the two. If it is not so, then it appears as two. (781) Therefore, it is not something other than that. Thus it is said. Practice: Imagine that you have gone to a place like a cliff or a fortress, and then put your heels over the edge of the cliff. Think, "I have fallen asleep. This is a dream cliff and terror. There is no true existence in it. Whatever I practice is practice." Think like this, and then fall down like butter falling on the ground. When you come up, imagine it is like a string of deities strung together like a rosary. Furthermore, these appearances are dream appearances, existing in the mind-body. For dream and mind-body, whatever I practice is practice. Think like this, and then throw up and down, outward
