Nangdar (548) Like a red naked person, visualize thin and clear kidney channels with fireballs on the left, right, front, and back. Precious Lama, for the benefit of sentient beings, please grant me the generation of the Samadhi of bliss and warmth, the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness. Holding the gentle wind, do abdominal rotations, causing the fireballs to collide. Visualize the sparks as red and gray, scattered sparsely. Tummo, at the junction of the three channels where food essence gathers, is stimulated by the fire-wind of the Ram syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fire). Visualize the central channel becoming wider and filled with fire. Shake and rotate the body. The illusory wheel of rough wood. Combine the wind of speech below the navel. Focus the mind single-pointedly on the blazing fire. Put on clothes and cover the body with ashes. Spread a mat and sleep curled up like a dog. While riding a horse, visualize a wind goddess lifting you from under your armpits. Purify twenty-one wind pockets. Pray to the Lord of Existence, that white nectar descends from the body of the Lama at the crown, and empower your crown, throat, heart, navel, etc., bestowing the four empowerments. If there are obstacles, visualize a three-eyed jewel on the forehead, and wherever you are, visualize the body relaxing like a sieve, then exhale. Exhale in the form of diseased air, making a loud "Ha" sound. Fist outwards. Strike above the breasts. Below, visualize the vajra genitals, whose essence is red, the root of the red lotus is thin, contracting upwards from within the hole. With the soles of the feet together, form the vajra crown mudra on the crown of the head, visualizing a wish-fulfilling jewel rising upwards like the color of intestines, a red and clear Hung syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) rising from the central channel to the Brahma aperture, and focus awareness on this. (550) This cuts off all six leakages, this is a written record of oral instructions. Generate renunciation towards the illusory body, and visualize the co-emergent bliss of self, the Lama at the crown, the gathering of all. Precious Lama, I am attached to you. Unnecessary. Illusory body, dream. After the Lama dissolves into oneself, whatever appears, do not separate from the door of appearance that arises as an illusion. The practice of post-attainment is for the superior, intermediate, and inferior faculties. Visualize oneself as the manifestation symbolized by Chakrasamvara, completely severing the attachment to illusion and dream. Inwardly, mind and speech are in agreement, calling it illusion and dream. The inferior ones walk, sit, and lie down. During transference of consciousness, abandon the four sleeps of meaningless idle talk. In the Dharma-arising palace in the abdomen, generate compassion for the six realms of beings. Contract the lower wind. The upper wind fills the front, experiencing bliss and warmth. Dreams naturally (551) appear, practice repeatedly, in the object of focus, appearances arise naturally.

Six stabilities arise. Sickness is determined as illusion. Demons are summoned into the dharma origin, and by swirling and churning, they dissipate. Grasp the self-experience of illusion without attachment. In dreams, the precious Guru holds onto self. Unnecessary... In dreams, seize... From the Haṃ (ཧཾ，Sanskrit: हं，Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Haṃ) at the crown of the head, white bindus flow. From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: हूं，Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the secret place, red bindus flow. Revolving in the heart, it is the vase empowerment. Touching is the secret empowerment. Touching bliss is wisdom. One merges into the other. Have faith in the four empowerments. Nine key points without error. The time is dawn, daybreak, sunrise. The body takes the posture of cross-legged sitting or squatting. Contemplate the lion's sleeping posture. Both are without thought... (552) White and red bindus emerge from the right and left nostrils. At the brow, Heruka and his consort appear clearly and dissolve into light, and in the heart, the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: हूं，Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the Guru's heart, visualizing the Guru as Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: हूं，Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) dissolving into light, this is called dreaming, so focus on a single desire and grasp it. Pray for blessings to perfect dream practice. Thus pray. In Yangza, the practice of Heruka is the body of the mind. The bindus of the nine gates gather inside and dissolve, the body perceives the mind with the body. In front, from the lotus of the selfless mother, take the rosary of A, and the selfless mother transforms into light, guiding from within the vajra jewel. Universally transform into Vajrabhairava and the like, striking with weapons, believing that burning with flames can subdue. After praying for blessings to be able to transform. Pray that whatever is transformed can be transformed as before. From Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ་，Sanskrit: ，Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ svāhā, Literal meaning: Om Ah Svaha), (554) the selfless mother is clearer than crystal, from the top of the five-colored rays, the deities each proclaim the sound of their mantras, purifying the impure vessel and essence with outer, inner, and secret offerings.
