It loosens the knots of the channels. Throwing upwards and pressing downwards. The knots of all the joints are loosened. By shaking the body and rubbing it, all the channels are freed. As it is said, this key point of the illusion wheel has been extensively taught. May all beings be auspicious! (298) (299) The instruction manual for the three infallible path practices is here. (300) Homage to the venerable Lamas! The essence of the Buddhas of the three times, I bow to the body, speech, and mind of the Lama. With the three infallible path practices, I will briefly write the order of instruction. There are three: relying on appearance, the Lama, the Yidam, and the illusion path practice. First, from the Tantra of the Holy Intentions: Appearance, Lama, and Yidam, should be taken as the path of illusion. In this life, the three bodies will be manifested, and the two purposes will be perfectly fulfilled. So it is said. There are four: the Lama's body, speech, mind, and the inseparable path practice. Among the first four, the first (301) is to visualize the Lama on the crown of the head and offer prayers. To become a Buddha in one lifetime, faith in the Lama is necessary. As it is said in the Manifestation of Wisdom: The stages of the ground and the path, are traversed by faith in the Lama over months and years. If the appearance of the Lama is not separated, one dwells inseparable from the Buddhas. And so on, explaining the scriptures and histories, and instilling certainty. Then, with the generation of Bodhicitta and the impermanent renunciation as the prelude, visualizing oneself as Hevajra, on the crown of the head (302), on a lion and jewel throne, on a lotus and moon, the root Lama adorned with marks and signs, with a smiling face, possessing the nature of light and rays, a body that is never satisfied by seeing, possessing the splendor of a million suns, hearing the name attains the irreversible ground, not to mention the blessings that arise when praying, one should contemplate in such a single-minded way. From his heart, light radiates, merging with the lineage Lamas, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Yidam deities, Dakinis and Dharma protectors, all those with Dharma connections, the Lama is visualized as the essence of all the Buddhas of the three times, completing the Lama Yoga. Then, visualizing all sentient beings wandering in the three realms and drifting in the six realms, suffering

For all beings experiencing various sufferings, motivated by great compassion, not letting them remain in the state of suffering, but in order to place them in the realm of Buddhahood, together with all beings who are primarily causing harm to oneself, who are like space, pray wholeheartedly, thinking, "Kudi Riri." Pray to the precious Guru, bless that self-grasping may disappear, bless that all appearances may arise as the Guru. From the depths of one's heart, offer fervent prayers. Second, to train in stages: That is, after praying in this way, appearances will naturally vanish, and devotion will arise. All the various appearances encompassed by the external world of environment and beings should be viewed as the body of the Guru in stages. First, visualize all the beings around oneself, and all the gross and subtle elements that appear, clearly manifesting as the body of the Guru. Similarly, visualize the whole of Tibet, the central region, Jambudvipa, the four continents, the small thousand world system, the intermediate thousand world system, the great thousand world system, and all that pervades the sky. Third, to train in all activities: That is, in all activities of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, abandoning all ordinary thoughts, without separating for even a moment, take all appearances as the Guru, and continuously pray with immeasurable devotion. If all appearances clearly manifest as the body of the Guru, or if naked awareness arises, then one's own mind has arisen as the Guru. In this way, one can attain Buddhahood even in the bardo state, so Guru Yoga is supreme. Fourth, remembering kindness and offering the seven branches: Thus, when the appearance of the Guru's body becomes stable, contemplate that this holy Guru has liberated me from the unbearable ocean of suffering in samsara, and has enabled me to attain Buddhahood in this life, which is difficult to achieve even after accumulating merit for countless eons, this is the Guru's kindness. Thinking how great the Guru's kindness is! And pray continuously. Or recite the "Samantabhadra's Prayer," or sing the Vajra Song, prostrate to the Guru with respectful body, speech, and mind, offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings, etc., offer the seven branches. In speech:
