The depth of the sea. Mix the root and awaken mindfulness. At that time, awareness and emptiness arise boundlessly. Abandon the three: emptiness, abiding, and non-committal. Because of the fear of error, it is said that the first is emptiness: The meaning of existence and non-existence, arising and ceasing, permanence and annihilation, free from extremes. It is called the initial experience of awareness, free from objects, thoughts, and words. Abiding, after the clamor of various thoughts has completely subsided, Boundless, awareness becomes clear. It abides like an ocean free from waves. Non-committal is when the power of mindfulness and awareness weakens, Following subtle movements. When mindfulness and awareness arrive, it is like looking outward. (274) Water poured into the cracks of the roots is not visible. When there are no roots, it is like seeing when it arrives. If non-committal arises during meditation, It is said to reveal it, generating alertness of mindfulness. If dullness arises, clear away the impure air, Eliminate it by chanting loudly, shaking, etc. When thoughts of hatred arise continuously, Look at them nakedly, abide without fabrication, Without benefit or harm, it disappears in its own place. Apart from that, there is no self-arising wisdom. In the state of non-fabrication, it appears continuously, The aspect is hatred, the essence is wisdom. After hatred disappears, there is no need to seek emptiness and luminosity. Emptiness and objectlessness are called union. Vajrasattva and others are also the same. For afflictions, desire, etc., analogy should also be applied. For the true meaning, there is no meditator or object of meditation. If mindfulness alone is sufficient, it is the peak of practice. For the ultimate meaning, there is not even mindfulness itself. When the basis of memory is purified in the dharmadhatu, it is called wisdom. Just as when firewood is exhausted, the flame also disappears, When delusion is exhausted, the antidote itself also subsides. This is the realm of activity of the noble ones. (275) It is not meditation, nor is it non-meditation. It is not meditation because there is no object of focus. It is not non-meditation because there is no distraction or abandonment. Abide in merely recognizing the nature of dharma itself. There is no thought of mind in this, Because ultimate truth is beyond mind, without an object. If entanglement with the objects of conceptual thought is not severed, Even if it is said to be unconditioned, delusion cannot be reversed. When the inner viewer and the outer object of viewing are separated, Even if it is said to be self-arising and self-liberating, it is still dualistic grasping. Without an antidote, it is self-arising and self-liberating. One's own mind is the mother, appearance is the son. Like a bubble bursting from water, clinging to it, Even if appearance arises, it is the play of non-duality.

Here, it is called the meeting of the mother and child of appearance and mind. All of samsara and nirvana, good and bad, realized and unrealized, cannot be abandoned or taken, and transform into primordial emptiness and primordial perfection. All views, meditations, and actions are gathered here. All the vows to be protected are also gathered here. Therefore, in the Great Perfection Ati Yoga, it is said that there are four vows of not protecting and protecting. Because there is no limit to protection, in the vow of non-existence, grasping (Tibetan: གཟུང་) and clinging are absent, so it is letting go. Everything is perfected in the mind, so it is one. Without remainder, it is perfected in this, so it is spontaneously perfect. It is the ultimate realization of the Buddhas of the three times. Even when waking up from sleep at dawn, in the dream, all the comings and goings of thoughts and analysis, without doing, in the state of clear recollection and mindfulness, when abiding, the clarity and impurity of wisdom of that day can be distinguished. Not knowing what to abandon and take, not respecting the Dharma, being careless, and having many afflictions, these four, if these four are complete, then downfalls fall like rain. It is like opening the four doors of arising downfalls. If one does not separate from mindfulness, awareness, and carefulness, then all the afflictions will also transform into great wisdom. What need is there to mention that everything else will turn into good? All the key points of the path are in the hands of mindfulness. If there is no mindfulness, then one does not remember the path, so just being so does not help in any way. One must grasp the direct and straightforward understanding. Relying on carefulness in all activities is like being inseparable from the Thubwang (Shakyamuni Buddha). Food and drink are blessed into nectar with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Before breakfast, remembering the Three Jewels, recite the words of the sutra, either elaborate or concise. Clearly visualize one's own body as the deity, in the crown, throat, and heart, visualize the wrathful deities, vidyadharas, and peaceful deities of the hundred families. Mainly visualize the root guru as inseparable. In each pore, visualize vidyadharas, dakinis, etc., abiding like an opening sesame pod, in mindfulness and awareness, without attachment, enjoy. Even if one sees food and drink as ordinary things, there is no fault, whatever one eats turns into a tsok wheel. In other path practices, Guru Yoga, and Bodhicitta conduct, generation stage, completion stage, etc., practice whatever you wish, receive it from the guru's mouth. Conditioned things are impermanent, contaminated things are suffering, Nirvana dharmas are peaceful, emptiness. These four are the Kadampa seal of view. Yamaraja Torma, forcibly taken food, wine bottle, and stake.
