Pa. Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, with arched eyebrows and a wrathful expression, gnashing teeth, and possessing three eyes as red as Bandhu flowers. The first two of the sixteen hands embrace the consort with a vajra and a bell. The second right hand holds a sword, the third an arrow, the fourth a wheel, the fifth an axe, the sixth a staff, the seventh a trident, and the eighth an iron hook. The second left hand holds a lotus, the third a bow, the fourth a khatvanga, the fifth a skull cup, the sixth a jewel, the seventh is the threatening mudra, and the eighth (480) holds a noose. The body is adorned with six bone ornaments and a necklace of fifty bleeding human heads, naked. The two front feet are in a right-extended posture, and the two rear feet are in a half-lotus posture, equally pressing down Brahma, Shiva, Vishnu, and Ishvara. Graceful, brave, and repulsive, fierce and violent, terrifying, compassionate, wrathful, and peaceful, possessing the flavor of the nine dances. Embracing her is the Black Selfless Mother, completely adorned with the attributes of a fierce great goddess. The first two of the four hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup, and the lower two hands hold an arrow and a bow, naked, adorned with five mudras and a garland of five dry skulls, following (481) in a left-extended posture. The rest is the same as the Bhagavan. Both reside in the midst of blazing flames, filling the boundless sky with light, a chaotic array of blazing chains. From the secret place of the Father, in an inconceivable state, from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,IAST: hūṃ,meaning: Hūṃ) arises a five-pronged blue vajra, marked in the center with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,IAST: hūṃ,meaning: Hūṃ). Oṃ Vajra Mahā Dveṣa Caturānanda Dāyaka Kha Kha Mukha Eka Rasa Sonātha Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Kārya Kuruṣva Me. From the space of the Mother, from A arises an eight-petaled red lotus, marked in the center with Āṃ. Oṃ Padma Sukha Dhara Mahārāga Sukhaṃ Dada Caturānanda Bhaga Viśva Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Kāryaṃ Kuruṣva Me. The Father and Mother are in equal union, with the sound of joy inviting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, entering from the mouth of the Father and residing in the heart, burning with fire. (482) Descending from the vajra path into the lotus of the Mother, it transforms into twelve bindus. Radiating outward from the space, each sits on a seat of sun and moon in union.
