愿二者皆为我所用。吉祥是：圆满具足一切善妙功德，祈愿上师本尊吉祥！成办一切事业，祈愿空行护法吉祥！回向是：所积一切善妙之资粮，我未曾执取，为利益一切无余众生，回向于无上法界。如是念诵后，便进入行为。一切前行正行之时，极为重要。圣者娘顿大士言：要诀之中最殊胜者，乃是以慈悲心引发的慈爱利他之心，以及恒常不断地思维死亡无常之猛烈，从而缩短念头（４９页），务必在相续中生起，以及一心一意地祈祷上师，从而生起不共的虔诚，生起不由自主的眼泪之恒常虔诚，以此三者，幻相自然显现，一切显现皆趋于无实，以及梦境自然把握，以及修习迁转幻化，以及境相得以确定，以及白天大手印清晰而无分别地显现，以及夜晚本尊自然显现，以及光明无偏地显现等等，皆会如实发生。若未在相续中生起上述三种法，纵然以大精进长久修持，亦难以生起究竟之果，故务必精勤修持此三种法，此乃关键。如是等等，务必令慈悲、无常、虔诚三者在相续中无离地生起，并以理劝诫。 (50) 此外，如此修持口诀总要：以利他慈悲之心，无偏地成办他利；若能祈祷，则无偏地显现证悟；若能一心一意，则迅速经历梦境；若能修持念诵，则无偏地获得成就；若能守护誓言，则空行如云般汇聚；若能生起无求，则受用如雨般降临；若能舍弃嫉妒，则高低一切皆会敬重；若能舍弃我执，则违缘无法阻碍；若能勤奋供养食子，则障碍自然平息；若能舍弃执着，则不会堕入歧途；若能忏悔

May both be for my use. Auspiciousness is: Perfectly complete with all good qualities, may the Guru and Yidam be auspicious! Accomplishing all activities, may the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors be auspicious! Dedication is: All the accumulations of virtuous gatherings, without me holding onto them, for the benefit of all sentient beings without exception, may they be dedicated to the unsurpassed Dharmadhatu. Having recited just that, one engages in conduct. It is extremely important during all preliminary and main practices. The great sage Nyenton said: Among the key points, the most supreme is: Generating loving-kindness and altruism with a mind aroused by compassion, and constantly contemplating the fierce impermanence of death without interruption, thereby shortening thoughts (page 49), it is necessary to generate it in the mindstream, and by praying to the Guru with one-pointedness, thereby generating uncommon devotion, generating constant devotion with involuntary tears, with these three, illusion naturally arises, all appearances go towards being unreal, and dreams are naturally grasped, and practicing transference and transformation, and the appearance of objects is determined, and the Great Seal clearly and non-conceptually arises during the day, and deities naturally arise at night, and clear light arises without bias, all will occur as they are. If the above three dharmas are not generated in the mindstream, even if one practices with great diligence for a long time, it will be difficult to generate the ultimate fruit, therefore it is crucial to diligently practice these three dharmas with one-pointedness. Thus, it is taught with reasons and emphasis that it is indispensable to generate compassion, impermanence, and devotion in the mindstream inseparably. (50) Furthermore, practice the general key points of the instructions in this way: With altruistic compassion, impartially accomplish the benefit of others; if you pray, realizations will arise impartially; if you are one-pointed, you will quickly experience dreams; if you practice recitation and accomplishment, you will attain siddhis impartially; if you keep vows, Dakinis will gather like clouds; if you generate non-attachment, enjoyments will fall like rain; if you abandon jealousy, all high and low will respect you; if you abandon self-grasping, obstacles will not hinder you; if you diligently offer torma, obstacles will naturally subside; if you abandon clinging, you will not fall into wrong paths; if you confess

如果这样做，所有的罪业都会消除；如果积累功德，善行自然会显现力量；如果努力，不费力气的状态也会自然显现；五毒生起时，不执著就能解脱；显现不会停止，能将道用作资粮，证得佛果；没有散乱，没有迷失，岁月流逝中就能成就菩提；无量的虔诚，能压倒其他显现；无缘的迴向，能使功德无量增长；如果捨弃希望和恐惧，就能迅速获得果实。请铭记于心，并付诸实践，不久之后，果实就会成就。如是教诲。零散的语录中说：断绝今生来世一切福德，以及成为成佛的障碍的是邪见，因此要净化清净的显现。成为诀窍和成就之障碍的是怀疑，因此要生起定解。不能迅速获得成就的障碍是上师、本尊和各种诀窍，因此要对已经获得定解的一个法门进行修持。不能迅速清净二障的障碍是无所事事，因此要努力积累福德资粮和精勤的善行。不能迅速圆满智慧资粮的障碍是实执，因此要了知一切法无自性，如幻如梦。(52)成为利益他人的障碍的是自利，因此要努力发善心和祈愿，这一点非常重要。据说修行者们将这些话铭记于心非常重要。此外，这个甚深精华的念诵和禅修，虽然被称为前行，却是正行的核心。愿无数有缘众生，通过在此努力，证得殊胜的双运果位。全知全见、大慈大悲的至尊上师很久以前就赐予了这些教言。此外，为了住在此处的历代修行上师们，特别是为了大掘藏师桑丹林巴的教法之光，以及为了增生持明上师衮波多吉，在吉祥天母的加持下，特别劝请，对无宗派的教法获得不退转的信心，具足功德海、智慧无边的有德者在扬康衮桑德钦沃色林所作，愿善妙增上。(53)(54)(55)《具德香巴五金法根本偈颂无谬金刚结》安住于此。(56)珍宝七种黄金串，执持上师之三密。

If you do this, all sins will be eliminated; if you accumulate merit, virtuous deeds will naturally manifest their power; if you make effort, the state of effortless ease will also naturally manifest; when the five poisons arise, liberation will occur without clinging; appearances will not cease, and you can use the path as a resource to attain Buddhahood; without distraction, without wandering, you can accomplish Bodhi through the passage of time; immeasurable devotion can overwhelm other appearances; dedicating without a focus can increase merit immeasurably; if you abandon hope and fear, you will quickly obtain the result. Please keep this in mind and put it into practice, and before long, the result will be accomplished. Thus he advised. In scattered sayings, it is said that what exhausts the merit of all lives, past and future, and becomes an obstacle to Buddhahood is wrong view, so purify pure appearances. Doubt is an obstacle to instructions and accomplishments, so generate certainty. The obstacle to not quickly obtaining accomplishment is the lama, yidam, and various instructions, so practice one to which you have gained certainty. The obstacle to not quickly purifying the two obscurations is idleness, so strive to accumulate merit and engage in diligent virtuous deeds. The obstacle to not quickly perfecting the accumulation of wisdom is clinging to reality, so know that all phenomena are without inherent existence, like illusions and dreams. (52) The obstacle to benefiting others is self-interest, so it is important to strive to generate good intentions and aspirations. It is said that it is very important for practitioners to keep these words in their hearts. Furthermore, this profound essence of recitation and meditation, although called preliminary, is the core of the main practice. May countless fortunate beings, through striving here, attain the supreme state of union. The all-knowing, all-seeing, greatly compassionate supreme lama bestowed these instructions long ago. Furthermore, for the sake of the past and present practice lamas residing in this hermitage, especially for the light of the teachings of the great treasure revealer Sangten Lingpa, and for the increase of the vidyadhara lama Gonpo Dorje, with the blessing of the auspicious goddess, he specially urged, gaining unwavering faith in the non-sectarian teachings, the virtuous one with a sea of qualities and boundless wisdom, did this at Yangkhyod Kunsang Dechen Wosel Ling, may goodness increase. (53)(54)(55) "The Root Verses of the Five Golden Dharmas of Glorious Shangpa, the Infallible Vajra Knot," abides here. (56) A golden rosary of seven precious things, holding the three secrets of the Lama.
