Due to the gathering together with oneself in the form of light rays, caused by dissolving into Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, shame), perfectly generate oneself as the wrathful king Hayagriva, with a red-colored body, and all faces and hands properly according to the scriptures. All hands are stretched outwards, making a threatening gesture towards all obstructing kings and harm-doers. The three-pronged spear is like three iron spears whose roots are joined as one. The rest is according to the scriptures. The human skin cloak and the raw elephant hide, both with the human head facing right and the elephant head facing left, are stacked together, with two hands and two feet joined and wrapped around the neck. Residing in the center of a fiercely blazing and turbulent fire-storm, like the fire at the end of an eon, which burns the three worlds at once. Between the neck and the buttocks, visualize fierce wrathful ones identical to oneself, instantly destroying all harm-doers into powder, with countless hairs appearing like wearing armor without gaps. Thus, appearing but empty of inherent existence, in the letters of the three places (body, speech, and mind) that appear as extremely terrifying and the emptiness of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, seed syllable), on the sun disc that is the same as before, around the letter Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, shame), arrange the heart mantra and root mantras in order, clockwise from the front, and also those letters are with their heads pointing upwards and their mouths facing inwards. One must focus on the five-colored rays of red light emanating from the letters and recite. Because a beginner is likely to get tired of focusing on a single visualization, first focus on the deity's body and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. Secondly, focus on the second rosary that has broken off from the red rosary and recite that many times. Thirdly, focus on the light radiating from the rosary, pleasing all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas by making offerings, and recite that many times. Fourthly, focus on countless small wrathful ones emanating from the pores of one's skin, destroying all harm-doers who harm oneself, and then the small wrathful ones dissolving back into oneself, and recite that many times. Fifthly, focus on reciting the mantras of all three faces, and on all phenomena resounding with the self-sound of the mantra, and recite that many times. Sixthly, focus on all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas helping oneself in the manner of reciting companions, and recite that many times. Seventh, focus on one's own visualized deity body

Focus on the deity's color, ornaments, hand gestures, and all external and internal contents, and repeat this as much as possible. This is the seventh contemplation cycle. If you focus single-mindedly on all of this and practice diligently, there is no doubt that the heart and blood of the gods, demons, and eight classes will fall to the ground. Dissolve all external and internal contents into clear light, and then dissolve the face, hands, letters, and seat into emptiness, which is the oral transmission of the lama. Or, arise again as your own deity, dedicate the merit, enter the session break, and seal it with non-objectification. This seven contemplation cycle of Padma Wang (Lotus Empowerment) was spoken by Taranatha. Sarva Mangalam! Sanskrit Romanization: Sarva Mangalam, Literal Chinese Meaning: All auspicious!)
