Those who write, read, and hold this (text) will live to be a hundred years old and their lifespan will increase. They will not be born in unfavorable places or the three lower realms. It is equivalent to writing the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma. The five heinous crimes, etc., will be eliminated like a mountain. Demons, evil spirits, and yakshas will not find an opportunity. The Four Great Kings and other protectors of the world will guard them. Ninety-nine million Buddhas have also prophesied. They will be born in the Pure Land of Great Bliss and go to all Buddha lands. They will not be born as women, birds, or wild animals. Whatever true words they hear will be transformed into perfect enlightenment. It is superior to giving charity by filling the empty space with precious jewels. For the sake of this dharani, giving even a single hair is the same. It is superior to making limitless offerings to the Buddhas and giving to all beings (564) with seven kinds of jewels equal to Mount Meru. Even if one could count the drops of water in the ocean, one could not describe the benefits of reciting this dharani. Offering to all the victorious ones is the same as offering to this dharani. If there is no doubt or hesitation, it is definitely said to be so. The Medicine Buddha Seven Dharani: Tadyatha ghume ghume imini mihi mati mati sapta tathagata samadhyadhisthite ati mate pale papam shodhani sarva papam nashaya mama buddhe buddhottame ume kume buddha kshetra pa (565) rishodhani dhameni dhame meru meru meru shikhare sarva akala mrityu nivari buddhe subuddhe buddha adhisthana adhisthite na rakshantu me sarva deva same asame samana harantu me sarva buddha bodhisattvanam shame shame prashamantu me sarva ityupadrava vyadhaya puri puri puraya me sarva ashaya vaidurya pati bhase sarva papam kshayam kari svaha. By reciting these two, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will remember you. Vajradhara and the protectors of the world will guard you. All karmic obscurations, such as the five heinous crimes, will be eliminated. Diseases, evil spirits, enemies, and death will be pacified. Body and mind will be at ease, and all wishes will be fulfilled. Thus spoke the Tathagata. The essence of all Sugatas is:

I prostrate to the Bhagavan (566), the assembly of victorious Buddhas who have passed away! Homage to all Tathagatas Hrihaya Anugate Om Kuru Gini Svaha. Reciting it once purifies. Eighty million kotis of sins. The hundred-syllable mantra of the Tathagata is: Om Nama Straya Dhi Kanam Sarva Tathagatanam Sarvatra Apratihata Babti Dharma ta Bali Nam Om Asama Samanta To Ananta Babti Sasani Hara Hara Smara Smara Vigata Raga Buddha Dharma Te Sara Sara Sama Bala Hasa Hasa Traya Traya Gagana Maha Bara Lakshani Jwala Jwala Nasa Gari Svaha. This Samaya Seal Dharani. It purifies all evil deeds and obscurations. It restores the broken Samaya. It is said in the sutras that one becomes a Buddha-son. The Great Vidya (567) Vimala Ushnisha Dharani is: Om Tre Adhe Sarva Tathagata Hridaya Ghe Jwala Dharma Dhatu Ghe Samhara Ayuh Sam Shodhaya Papam Sarva Tathagata Samanta Ushnisha Vimala Vishuddhe Svaha. Reciting this dharani once, building a stupa. Is equal to building millions of stupas. By reciting this, whatever of the four elements is touched. It will become a stupa, seeing and touching liberates. It purifies the five heinous crimes, and is born into a noble family. Long life, wealth, and remembrance of past lives. It protects against all harm and attains enlightenment. It was spoken by the supreme Buddha who guides beings. Reciting this dharani three times. It pacifies offerings as large as mountains. It purifies all sins and removes obstacles. It is said in the sutras that it increases merit and wisdom. Om Iho Shuddhe Shuddhe Viho Shuddhe Shuddhe Ahi Ram Vina Ram Shuddhe Ram A A Ah Svaha. Om Vira Sti Vira Sti Svaha. Reciting it seven times consumes the ransom. It restores broken vows and samayas. It purifies karmic obscurations including the five heinous crimes. It is the dharani for entering the vast city. The dharani of Eleven-Faced Avalokiteshvara is: Namo Ratna Trayaya.
