赞颂您！ 我们师徒眷属等， 所有违缘障碍都平息， 祈请迅速赐予一切所欲成就。 焚烧楞伽三城， 守护佛陀教法，摧毁魔军。 一面六臂黑怙主， 敬礼您这恐怖之身。 吼！ 在血海油脂沸腾的中央（260）， 巨型骡子之上光芒炽盛。 青黑色身，一面二臂之母， 手持魔鬼的占卜板和疾病的袋子。 以身之化身守护佛陀教法， 以语之化身摇动三界， 心不动摇，成办有情之利益。 顶礼至尊母瑞玛德。 吽！ 听命于具德怙主四方的使者， 行持智慧敕命事业的差使， 调伏一切不驯良者，示现种种化身。 我等赞颂四位行事使者。 权势者、阎罗、水神、夜叉， 火神、罗刹、风神、生灵， 以及上方的梵天、地上的地母（261）。 顶礼赞颂十方化身护法。 具德怙主七十五尊， 以及誓盟者如海的军队。 请享用这血肉食子， 息灭瑜伽士我等眷属的 违逆之缘和障碍， 赐予顺遂的成就， 成就所托付的事业。 若有余食子，则供奉灯于屋顶等处。 具德怙主玛哈嘎拉， 至尊欲界自在瑞玛德， 兄妹您等不违越之 处所护法吉那弥扎， 瑜伽自在魔怙主札夏等。 具德大黑天眷属（262）等， 降临于此，享用此饰供食子。 享用血肉赤红之食子， 享用赡部洲之美食， 享用扎嘎英雄之精华。 供养先前所托事业之酬谢， 接受现在所托事业之祈请。 守护眷属，遣除违缘， 以及怨恨之仇敌和损害之魔障等， 众多魔鬼和阻碍者， 愿您将一切都摧毁如微尘。 迅速成办弘扬佛法之事业， 瑜伽士所托付的

Praise! May all adverse conditions and obstacles be pacified for us, the teachers, disciples, and retinues, and may we quickly be granted the desired accomplishments. Burning the three cities of Lanka, Protecting the Buddha's teachings, destroying the armies of demons. One-faced, six-armed Great Black One, I praise you, terrifying form. Bhyo! In the midst of a sea of blood, bubbling with fat (260), blazing with glory upon a great mule. Dark blue body, one face, two arms, holding the demon's divination board and the sack of disease. Protecting the Buddha's teachings with emanations of the body, shaking the three realms with emanations of speech, the mind unwavering, accomplishing the benefit of beings. I prostrate to the one mother, Remati. Hum! Obeying the orders of the glorious Protector in the four directions, performing the tasks of wisdom, the messengers of action, subduing all the unruly, displaying various emanations. We praise the four working messengers. The powerful Yama, the water god, the yaksha, the fire god, the rakshasa, the wind god, the bhuta, and Brahma above, and the earth goddess below (261). I prostrate and praise the ten directional protectors of emanations. The glorious Protector, the seventy-five, and the ocean of oath-bound armies. Please accept this flesh and blood torma, pacify the unfavorable conditions and obstacles of us yogis and our retinues, grant favorable accomplishments, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. If there are leftover tormas, offer lamps on the roof, etc. Glorious Protector Mahakala, Supreme Remati, sovereign of the desire realm, Ksetrapala Jina Mitra, who does not transgress your commands, Dakini Raja, Demon Protector Trakshad, etc. Glorious Great Black One and retinue (262), come here and accept this ornamental torma. Accept this red flesh and blood torma, accept this food of Jambudvipa, accept this essence of the brave Jagad. I offer the payment for the previously entrusted tasks, accept the prayers for the currently entrusted tasks. Protect the retinues, avert the adverse conditions, and the hateful enemies and harmful obstructors, and the many demons and obstructers. May you destroy all like dust. 祈愿事业圆满成就！如果没有朵玛，平时修法的时候，这个共同供赞可以不做。念诵百字明咒很多（263）。“未得及衰损”等等，以及“未获悉皆未圆满，任何能力皆无有，于此所作诸非事，祈汝一切皆宽恕。上师怙主无有别，我以恭敬而皈依，愿我一切诸有情，所有烦恼皆清净。嗡，您成办有情一切利，赐予随顺之成就，祈请佛陀于净土，复又再次而降临。班杂 穆！（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆！）朵玛宾客之智慧尊，返回自性之本位，誓言（264）者融入自身心间。若有本尊像则作坚住仪轨，发愿：功德圆满如雪山，加持甘露饱众生，示现自心俱生智，法王上师愿吉祥！视修行者如爱子，不离身如影随形，赐予具誓诸成就，本尊坛城愿吉祥！护法依誓随行者，息增怀诛等事业，如法成办诸事业，护法空行愿吉祥！（265）显有自解如幻梦，大乐无间之体验，无作意念空明性，大乐手印愿吉祥！依止供养修行者，诽谤造罪诸有情，一切安置菩提道，无等菩提心愿吉祥！轮回涅槃一切之，所有吉祥之品位，圆满丰盛如河水，恒时吉祥于众生！福德增长如须弥，盛名远扬遍虚空（266），长寿无病利他成，功德大海胜吉祥！如是吉祥祈愿语勿忘诵。又，若信奉具四臂之吉祥天母，右手持宝剑。

May your activities be accomplished! If there is no torma, this common praise is not necessary during the regular practice. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra many (263) times. "Not attained and decayed," etc., and "Not found, not fully complete, No power at all, Whatever is done here that is not right, May you forgive all of that. To the Lama, the Protector, inseparable, I take refuge with reverence. May all the defilements of all sentient beings be purified. Om, you accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, Grant the accomplishment that is in accordance. May the Buddha, having gone to the pure land, Return again and again. Vajra Muh! (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆！) The wisdom beings of the torma guests depart to their natural abode. The samaya (264) being dissolves into one's own heart. If there is a support, perform the stable abiding ritual. Make aspirations: Qualities perfectly complete like a mountain of snow, Blessings like a river satisfy the fortunate, Showing the co-emergent wisdom of one's own mind, May the Dharma Lord Lama be auspicious! Seeing practitioners as beloved children, Inseparable like body and shadow, Granting accomplishments to those with samaya, May the Yidam deities be auspicious! Oath-bound ones follow the practitioners, Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating activities, Accomplishing various activities according to the Dharma, May the Dharma protectors and guardians be auspicious! (265) Appearances and existence self-liberated like illusions and dreams, The experience of great bliss without interruption, Without mental fabrication, empty and clear like the sky, May the great bliss Mahamudra be auspicious! Relying on and making offerings to practitioners, And whatever beings slander and create sins, May all be placed on the path to enlightenment, May the unequaled Bodhicitta be auspicious! Of all samsara and nirvana, Whatever auspicious positions there are, Abundant and complete like a river, May it always be auspicious for all beings! May merit increase like Mount Meru, May great fame spread like the sky (266), Long life, without illness, accomplishing the benefit of others, May the ocean of qualities be supremely auspicious! Thus, the auspicious words of blessing should not be forgotten. Furthermore, if you are devoted to the four-armed glorious goddess, in the right hand a sword.
