Oṃ Padmeśvara Hayagrīva saparivāra arghaṃ pūja megha samudra sphara samaye hūṃ. Likewise, do up to the sound. Hūṃ! Goddess of Form, her body white, holding beautiful enjoyments in her hands, I offer to the eyes of the Great Powerful Deity, this supreme offering of Form, Alala, please accept it. Goddess of Sound, her body blue, holding a beautiful musical instrument in her hands, I offer to the ears of the Great Powerful Deity, this supreme offering of Sound, Alala, please accept it. Goddess of Smell, her body yellow, holding a conch shell of fragrance in her hands, I offer to the nose of the Great Powerful Deity, the supreme offering of Smell, Alala, please accept it. Goddess of Taste, her body red, holding the supreme taste of food in her hands, I offer to the tongue of the Great Powerful Deity, the supreme offering of Taste, Alala, please accept it. Goddess of Touch, her body green, holding various garments in her hands, I offer to the body of the Great Powerful Deity, the supreme offering of Touch, Alala, please accept it. Oṃ Rūpa Śabda Gandhe Rasa Sparśe Dibi Pūja Āḥ Hūṃ. Hūṃ! Self-arisen, primordially pure, medicine compounded from eighty-four thousand roots, the essence of the five families and five vows, the substance that perfects the five wisdoms, for the sake of liberating all obscurations of the six realms, this nectar that dispels the five poisons, to all the Buddhas, and the great assembly of Bodhisattvas, we offer with faith, please consider with compassion and accept it. Having accepted it, please make me happy, and bestow accomplishments through unsurpassable magic. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Mahā Pañca Amrita Pūja Kharaṃ Khāhi. To the Vajra Masters of the past, and the Vajra Masters who are now present, the Lamas of the victorious mind lineage, the Lamas of the vidyādhara symbolic lineage, the Lamas of the personal oral lineage, Amitābha, Avalokiteśvara, and Hayagrīva, Padmasambhava, Gönchen, etc., I offer to the root and lineage Lamas, please consider with compassion and grant empowerment and accomplishments.

哦！不死的甘露拉萨亚纳的，誓言物甘露殊胜的供品，莲花大自在及其眷属，我以虔诚之心供养，请享用并恒时欢喜，祈请赐予神通成就（154）。玛哈班杂阿弥利达卡让卡嘿。再次于传承上师们的名号之后，于名为“此”的上师尊前供养。嗡啊吽。以“给”字，由太白星鬼于头顶处供养内供。于心咒之后加持三字，于心间供养内供。于护法咒之后加持三字，于脐间供养内供。吽！智慧忿怒大自在的，身语意之成就殊胜，瑜伽士身语意融入，于无二中成为稳固。身成就 嗡，语成就 啊，意成就 吽。如是获得成就。清净自生任运成就此殊胜之药，骏马嬉戏之坛城及其眷属，恭敬（155）供养卡让卡嘿。祈请赐予殊胜与共同成就。嗡玛哈班杂阿弥利达卡让卡嘿。交合之大供双运，方便与智慧无二之，莲花之中金刚入，以秘密之供品作供养。莲花乐菩提心 梭哈。自身心间的光芒，将所有冤敌魔障勾摄斩断，融入朵玛与血供之中。幻化忿怒众炽燃，十方刹土尽无余，轮回烦恼摧毁尽，五毒于法界中解脱。萨瓦夏 仲 纳玛拉亚 啪特。所有刹土于法界（156）中解脱。血肉生命气息此供品，于马头明王之坛城，供养祈请如实享用。特别是欲妙供品之殊胜，血肉骨骸之大海，朵玛供品殊胜汇聚，祈愿马头明王及其眷属皆欢喜。玛哈芒萨 卡嘿。玛哈RA嘎达 卡嘿。玛哈吉达 卡嘿。给尼日迪 吽。血供朵玛举于空中。再次补充供品与朵玛。以心咒清净。以自性空净化。从吽字所生之供品与助缘，充满虚空界的一切，于忿怒王马头明王及其眷属的眼前显现。

Oṃ! This offering of the supreme nectar of deathless amrita rasāyana, the sacred substance of nectar, to Padma Wangchen and his retinue, I offer with devotion. Please accept it and always be pleased. Grant the miraculous siddhis (154). Mahā pañca amrita kharaṃ khāhi. Again, at the end of the names of the lineage lamas, offer this to the face of the lama called 'This'. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. With the syllable 'Ghe', offer the inner offering from the top of the head by the Theb demon. At the end of the heart mantra, affix the three syllables and offer the inner offering from the heart. At the end of the Dharma protector mantra, affix the three syllables and offer the inner offering from the navel. Hūṃ! The supreme siddhis of the body, speech, and mind of the wisdom wrathful great powerful one, may the yogi's body, speech, and mind be absorbed, and become stable in non-duality. Kāya siddhi oṃ. Vāka siddhi āḥ. Citta siddhi hūṃ. Thus, receive the siddhis. This pure, self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished supreme medicine, to the mandala of the horse supreme playing and its retinue, respectfully (155) offer the offering kharaṃ khāhi. Grant the supreme and common siddhis. Oṃ mahā pañca amrita kharaṃ khāhi. The great offering of entwined union, of method and wisdom non-dual, the vajra enters the lotus. I offer with the secret offering. Padma sukha bodhicitta svāhā. With the rays of light from one's own heart, summon and cut off all enemies and obstacles, and dissolve them into the torma and rakta. With the blazing wrathful assembly of emanations, all ten directions without exception, destroy the cycle of suffering and afflictions, and liberate the five poisons into the expanse. Sarva śatrūṃ nāma māraya phaṭ. Liberate all transformed fields into the expanse (156). This offering of flesh, blood, life, and breath, to the mandala of Hayagrīva, the king, offer and request to truly partake. Especially the supreme of desirable qualities as offerings, with the ocean of flesh, blood, and bones, the torma offering is a gathering of sacredness. May Hayagrīva and his retinue be pleased. Mahā maṃsa khāhi. Mahā rakta khāhi. Mahā citta khāhi. Kiṇi rīti hūṃ. Raise the rakta torma in the air. Again, replenish the offerings and torma. Purify with the heart mantra. Purify with svabhāva. From the syllable hūṃ, the offering substances and conducive substances, filling all the elements of space, may they appear before the eyes of the wrathful king Hayagrīva and his retinue.
