Scatter flowers with pratiṣṭha (藏文:པྲ་ཏིཥྛ,梵文天城体:प्रतिष्ठा,梵文罗马拟音:pratiṣṭhā,literal meaning: abiding) and so on. It is said that such a firm abiding should be done as much as possible, either twenty-one times, fifty times, or one hundred and eight times. Then make aspirations for virtue and auspicious prayers. In this way, one will see excellent signs, and at the very least, one should accomplish as much as possible for a certain number of days, etc. After the accomplishment, if there is a Dharma wheel, it should be placed in the monastery of the Sangha, or inside the construction of a statue, or placed together with the vase, or worn on one's body. If the vase is in the place where the practice is done, it is enough to hide it where others cannot see it. If you need to invite it to other statues, or monasteries, or the depths of the treasury of your (984) residence, etc., if it is like a wall, carve it into a square, or gather it like a box, and in the residence where the four walls are covered with vermilion, draw the Yungdrung symbol in cinnabar. Invite the vase with incense, smoke, and music, and place it on a cloth painted with a lotus underneath. The front of the vase should not face the door of the treasury. Above, set up a silk tent as before, and in front, set up a torma mixed with butter and decorated with jewels. Again, in a condensed way, complete the generation stage, completion stage, offering, praise, recitation, visualization, torma offering, supplication, firm abiding, and wisdom manifestation, and cover it with a stone or clay lid with the Yungdrung symbol drawn on it. If it is a wall, smooth it over from the outside so that it is not visible. This treasure vase is suitable for offering in the monastery of the Sangha, special statues, the residence of practitioners, the palace of the king, etc. Because it is the uncommon support of the Dharma protector, it should not be placed in the residence or courtyard of ordinary people. If it must be placed, only auspicious prayers can be made, and the generation stage, completion stage, and visualization recitation should not be done. It is said that in the direction (985) where this object abides, wealth will flow continuously. Fifth, is the ritual of burnt offering. This method mainly praises the activities of increasing and subjugating, so it is divided into two types of practice: increasing and subjugating fire offerings. First is the increasing fire offering, which is divided into three parts: preparation, main practice, and conclusion. First is the preparation, which can be done after practice or retreat, or at other times. On the morning of the waxing moon, etc., make a fire altar with eight lotus petals, with a sun cushion in the center, the mouth of the altar facing Muran, and surrounded by a string of jewels.

On a yellow background, paint with reddish-yellow colors. On the sun cushion, arrange a white mandala with rice or powdered colors. Use wood from fruit-bearing trees that are not thorny as fuel. Or, use wood extracted from the center of yellow and fragrant trees. If not available, use dung from a forest without living creatures, stacking it in a square shape about one cubit high on the edge of the stove, placing a large copper pot in the worldly southeast corner within it, with its opening facing south from the north. The practitioner faces north from the south, sitting on a yellow cushion, wearing yellow clothes, sitting with a dignified mind and good posture, (986) placing a fire screen painted with snow mountains. In front of oneself, arrange containers for scented water, conch cups, etc., as well as scattered kusha grass, vajra bell, inner offerings, etc. Between the vajra bell, place a filled spoon and a pouring spoon, mouth to mouth. Prepare eight bundles of kusha grass, as well as a glorious flame. On one's left, to the right of the stove, arrange two waters, preliminary offerings, and both worldly and transcendental tormas. On one's right, to the left of the stove, arrange combustibles, i.e., fruit-bearing trees, about the thickness of a thumb, yellow and fragrant, one cubit long, with the roots and tips smeared with ghee and honey, as well as ghee, excellent food, white sesame seeds, mustard seeds, soybeans, rice, barley, wheat, beans, durva grass, kusha grass, etc., arranged in order. Color all items yellow. Sprinkle nectar on them. Then, from the generation of oneself as the deity's mantra recitation to the dissolution, accomplish it. From then on, until the fire offering ritual is completed, train oneself not to let one's hands go beyond one's knees. Second, the main practice, purifying the stove and implements. On the scented water, recite (987) Vajra Amrita, etc., and many long Hūṃ (oṃ vajrāmṛta hūṃ phaṭ, Devanagari: ॐ वज्रामृत हुं फट्,梵文罗马音:oṃ vajrāmṛta hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚甘露,吽,呸), contemplating that these mantras have the power to eliminate the impurities of all items. Recite either of these two mantras and sprinkle the stove and all implements with scattered kusha grass to dispel obstacles. Purify the combustibles and offerings with Svabhava. From emptiness, from the letter A, arise wisdom skullcups, wide and vast, within which the combustibles and offerings made of divine substances arising from the melting of the letter Hūṃ are clear and unobstructed, pleasing to the deities, and able to accomplish their respective tasks.
