Afterwards, I study and completely dedicate all these virtues. From the Buddha's body, speech, etc., I prostrate to the Three Jewels. Tadyathā. Pañcendriya āva bodhani svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体：पञ्चेन्द्रिय आव बोधनि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：pañcendriya āva bodhani svāhā，汉语字面意思：五根觉悟梭哈). Mix flour, medicine, incense, grains, various jewels, silk, tea, alcohol, fresh milk, and any other clean items that can be found, and make a white offering. Offering it in the morning or evening, whenever desired, will complete the accumulation of merit and immediately grant the desired accomplishments. Mix meat, blood, and fat to make a red offering, specifically targeting (897) the living. If offered in the evening, it will become the supreme method for redeeming oneself and others from death. If only targeting the bardo, mix sacred substances of liberation and offer them. It is said that immeasurable benefits will arise. It is said that this was written by Yonten Gyatso according to the wishes of some of the virtuous disciples of Yuthok Yonten Gonpo, may it benefit all beings! Mangalam! (898) (899) When the great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo went to Narthang Monastery, eight Geshes who upheld the pure conduct of the Kadampa school came to meet the great accomplished one and asked: You have many accomplished ones and translators appearing in both China and Tibet, but in terms of benefiting beings and performing virtuous deeds without discrimination, such as the Han, Tibetans, border regions, barbarians, Monpas, Khampas, etc., your achievements are greater and more lasting than all the accomplished ones. We believe that your past aspirations are effective. Now, like you, we also plant such aspirations, please grant us a prayer. For this, he granted the following prayer: To the Buddhas of the ten directions (900) and their retinues, Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis, I prostrate with reverence. Please bless me to be able to benefit beings. With real offerings and mentally created ones, having received the vast offerings, for the sake of the benefit of beings, please accomplish my prayers. I, due to ignorance and delusion, whatever sinful deeds I have done, I confess to the Buddhas and their retinues. Please deliver me from the abyss of the lower realms. To the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and holy beings, for all their virtues, I rejoice from the bottom of my heart. For the benefit of beings, I urge the protectors of the ten directions to turn the sacred (901) wheel of Dharma. Until samsara is empty, please do not pass into nirvana, I pray you to remain. Buddha

于佛法僧三宝，上师本尊空行母，直至菩提藏精要，我今皈依作依怙。往昔诸佛与佛子，如何发起菩提心，以及菩萨诸学处，如彼次第勤修学。如是吾为利众生，发起殊胜菩提心，菩萨一切诸学处，次第勤修而习学。我之身语意三门，三时（902）所积诸善根，祈愿证得无上觉，救度众生脱轮回。我未证得菩提前，祈愿修道无障碍，顺缘具足悉圆满，未得极喜地之前，祈愿获得而出家。成为具德之净行，恒常具有圣者慧，祈愿具足诸净戒。依止殊胜善知识，具有圣者七圣财，祈愿恒常持圣法。于三律仪善安住，方便智慧相结合，祈愿恒常供三宝，恒（903）常令师生欢喜。不求回报与异熟，行无偏颇之布施，无有贪欲谄诳心，守护无垢之净戒。于不合意境能忍，祈愿恒常安住忍。为利有情极欢喜，披上盔甲勤精进。不为内外所散乱，祈愿自在得一心。诸法皆空无有我，祈愿获得胜智慧。自心无生之真义，祈愿刹那顿证悟。未得心之自在前，如鹿（904）一般无所惧，独自安住于山间，祈愿自在诸显现。获得自在诸显现，不住于身语意，不为名相所沾染，以无缘之智慧力。随顺所化诸有情，祈愿圆满利他事。所有十方世界中，所有不善罪恶行，祈愿皆具诸善根。恶业成熟之异熟，所有恶趣诸痛苦，以此吾之诸善根，祈愿皆得生善趣。

In the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and in the Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past generated the mind of enlightenment, and just as they practiced the precepts of the Bodhisattvas, so shall I, for the sake of all beings, generate the mind of enlightenment. I shall practice the precepts of the Bodhisattvas in due order. By the merit accumulated by my body, speech, and mind in the three times (902), may I attain the supreme, unsurpassed enlightenment and liberate all beings from the ocean of existence. Until I attain enlightenment, may I be free from obstacles on the path, and may all favorable conditions be complete. Until I attain the Joyful Ground, may I be able to renounce. May I be a virtuous ascetic, always possessing the wisdom of the noble ones, and may I be perfect in morality. May I rely on a noble spiritual friend, possess the seven noble riches, and always uphold the holy Dharma. May I be well-established in the three vows, and may method and wisdom be united. May I always make offerings to the Three Jewels, and may I always please the Lama (903). May I give impartial generosity without expecting reward or fruition. May I keep pure morality without desire or pretense. May I always abide in patience, enduring unfavorable circumstances. May I show the armor of diligence, rejoicing in the benefit of sentient beings. May I gain control over the one-pointed mind, without being harmed by outer and inner distractions. May I attain the supreme wisdom that realizes all phenomena are empty and without self. May I instantly realize the meaning of the unborn nature of my own mind. Until I gain control over my mind, may I be fearless like a deer (904), dwell alone in the mountains, and gain control over all appearances and mind. Having gained control over all appearances and mind, not abiding in body, speech, or mind, and not being stained by the elaborations of signs, by the wisdom of non-objectification, may I perfectly accomplish the benefit of others by taming beings according to their needs. May all the non-virtuous and sinful actions in the ten directions of the world be endowed with virtuous merit. By the ripening of negative karma, may all the sufferings of the lower realms be transformed by my merit into higher realms and liberation.

May they attain happiness! In all the ten directions of the world, may all sentient beings who are sick, through my merit, attain the joy of being free from illness! In all the ten directions of the world, may the blind see forms, may the deaf hear sounds, and may the insane regain their memory! May those who are hungry and thirsty find food and drink, may those who are without clothes find clothing, and may the impoverished find wealth! May those who are fearful be without fear, and may those who are bound be liberated! May all sentient beings who have passed away be without the suffering of being cut off! May the sentient beings in the bardo of existence attain fearlessness and freedom! May the minds of all sentient beings be pacified! May there be no mutual strife among sentient beings such as parents and children! May those who have faith and respect for me, who give food and drink, and offer worship and praise, may they attain virtue and achieve supreme enlightenment! May the prayers and blessings of those who have compassion for me be unimpeded! May those who scold me, are angry, beat me, or even kill me, quickly generate a mind of regret and become the foremost of my retinue! Whatever my actions are towards the bodies and possessions of sentient beings, and whatever the actions of others are towards my body and possessions, may all those sentient beings attain great happiness! Whatever Dharma and material things I give to sentient beings, and whatever sentient beings see, hear, or touch with their body, speech, and mind, may the obscurations of body and speech be purified! May all those who do not hear me, may the diseases and sufferings of their bodies and minds be completely pacified, and may they attain supreme happiness! As far as space pervades, may my body also pervade, so that all beings can manifest the forms they desire and accomplish their benefit! May my speech also pervade in the same way, proclaiming the sound of the Dharma! May my mind enter the minds of sentient beings in the boundless sky, and may I be endowed with the mind of enlightenment that is inseparable from emptiness and compassion! May I become the great elements such as earth, the precious jewel of good giving, the wish-fulfilling tree and the auspicious vase, the uncultivated crops, the wish-fulfilling cow, the accomplished mantras and medicines.
