For those who have violated the precepts. This is the medicine that eliminates evil deeds. This is for those who are deluded by youth. The iron hook for young men with two legs. From this cycle of existence, deeper than the ocean. It is the raft of salvation. This is for those who go to good rebirths. The definite bridge for drawing water. This is the path to defeat the kleshas. It is the supreme guide of the king. This is for entering the city of liberation. It exists like the foundation of a staircase. I have entered Nirvana. This is your teacher. The self-born one, with reverence. Earnestly (875) praises before the Bhikshu Sangha. Even the sound called Buddha. Is extremely rare in the world. Obtaining a human body is extremely difficult. Renunciation is also extremely difficult. Likewise, for those who have renounced. Being endowed with precepts is extremely rare.
