Should focus on this. The practice of utilizing the three bodies during session breaks involves recognizing that whatever arises in all activities is: emptiness as the Dharmakaya, clarity as the Nirmanakaya, and non-duality as the Sambhogakaya. These three aspects of the path should be maintained with unwavering mindfulness and awareness. The four blends are: blending emptiness with clarity, and clarity with emptiness. (70) Blending the experience of meditative equipoise with post-meditation experience. Blending daytime meditation with nighttime sleep. After blending bliss and emptiness, rest in the natural state. The first of the unpracticed transferences for achieving Buddhahood is the transference of the Dharmakaya's clear light, which involves clarifying, remembering, and releasing: By maintaining the three aspects of self-nature without separation, blending the clear light of day and night, at the time of death, recognize the stages of dissolution and rest in the original state. Blend the mother and child clear light, achieving self-liberation. Second, the transference of the Yidam of union: Visualize oneself as the deity, with the mandala of glorious Chakrasamvara residing at the crown aperture. Inside the body, the white central channel possesses characteristics, with its lower end closed at the secret place and its upper end, (71) the crown aperture, open. Within it, at the navel, one's own mind, the white A syllable, shines. At the lower end, a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) is clear, with the nature of wind. Through the manipulation of wind, the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable lifts the A syllable. The two syllables stacked together, exit with a loud sound from the crown. Upon reaching the heart of the Yidam, they become inseparable. Repeat seven times. From the heart of the Yidam, two stacked syllables arise, settling heavily in their respective places in the central channel. At the end of the session, the Yidam dissolves into light, merging into oneself, and from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, blue light radiates, blocking the crown aperture. Third, the transference of the Guru's blessing: Visualize oneself as the deity, with the Guru residing at the crown. The three lines about the central channel inside the body are as before. At the navel, one's own mind is a white (72) and yellowish bindu, clear like a round pea. Through the manipulation of wind, it exits from the crown and merges into the Guru's heart. After seven times, from the Guru's heart, the bindu descends, passing through the central channel and settling heavily at the navel. At the end of the session, the Guru dissolves into light, merging into oneself, pervading with bliss, and the crown aperture is blocked by the white bindu. The supplementary instruction, the wisdom star window, is: One's own body is the deity's body, empty inside, in the center, within the white central channel, about the thickness of a small whip, at the navel, there is a white dharma source, with one corner facing forward. In its center, one's own mind, the white A syllable, is about the size of a small bean. The wind
