愿我亦皈依无量寿， 舍弃此身后得受生。 以无尽祈愿圆满之威力， 愿于十方诸佛所赞叹功德之刹， 极乐世界中莲花化生。 二足尊主无量光， 观世音自在及大势至等， 无量佛菩萨所居之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 如掌平坦珍宝地， 一切遍布黄金网， 充满无数奇妙莲花之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 每一莲花之顶端， 无量光芒流溢，一切光芒中， （797）化生善逝于十方之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 种种树木七宝成， 颜色形状美好且悦意， 美妙音声响彻十方之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 种种鸟类善逝所化鸟， 发出种种悦耳动听之妙音， 忆念一切怙主之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 河流欢快具殊胜妙香， 诸佛功德无量音声众， 恒常不断宣说之刹， 愿于极乐世界中（798）莲花化生。 金色身之天人众， 身着种种衣裳珍宝严， 受用无量殊胜妙法喜乐之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 食物衣服卧具及医药等， 法衣钵盂珍宝楼阁等， 心中所想即刻出现之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 伞及胜幢等供养物， 心中所想即刻如愿以偿， 由怙主之愿力所生之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 天眼及天耳等， 忆念宿世及智慧（799）贤妙等， 获得神变力之刹， 愿于极乐世界中莲花化生。 临终之时亿万佛陀， 九十九俱胝现

May I also take refuge in Amitayus, And may I be reborn after abandoning this body. Through the power of the complete and limitless aspiration, In the pure land where the qualities are praised by all Buddhas abiding in the ten directions, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. In the pure land where the chief of bipeds, Amitabha, And Avalokiteshvara, Mahasthamaprapta, and others, And immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas reside, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. The precious ground, as smooth as the palm of the hand, Is entirely covered with nets of gold, In the pure land filled with many wondrous lotuses, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. From the tip of each and every lotus, Immeasurable light radiates, and from all the rays of light, (797) Emanations of the Sugatas are sent forth in the ten directions, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Various trees are made of the seven precious substances, Their colors and shapes are beautiful, pleasing, and delightful to behold, In the pure land where pleasant sounds resound in the ten directions, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Various flocks of birds are emanations of the Sugatas, They utter various sweet and melodious sounds, In the pure land where the protector of all is remembered, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. The rivers are delightful and endowed with supreme fragrances, All the immeasurable sounds of the qualities of the Victorious Ones, In the pure land where they are constantly proclaimed without ceasing, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. All the gods and humans with golden bodies, Adorned with various garments and precious ornaments, In the pure land where immeasurable joy and happiness of the sacred Dharma are experienced, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Food, clothing, bedding, and medicines, Robes, begging bowls, precious mansions, and so forth, In the pure land where whatever is thought of immediately appears, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Umbrellas, victory banners, and other objects of offering, Whatever is desired immediately appears as soon as it is thought of, In the pure land that arises from the power of the Protector's aspiration, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Divine eyes, divine ears, and so forth, Remembrance of past lives, and supreme wisdom (799) and skill, In the pure land where the powers of magical abilities are attained, May I be miraculously born in Sukhavati. Proclaiming the profound Dharma, with a thousand Buddhas extending joyful hands, may I be miraculously born in Sukhavati! At the time of death for myself and all sentient beings, may the supreme guide, the Dharma King Amitabha, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of monks, compassionately appear before me. Having seen the Protector and his retinue, may immeasurable joy and happiness arise in my mind, and in that very instant, with undiminished mindfulness, may I be miraculously born in Sukhavati! By the blessings of the King, Lord of the World (Avalokiteśvara), and the power of the aspiration, the source of Dharma, and the great power of the blessings of Amitabha, and the power of all the accumulated virtues, and the blessings of the Great Seal of Clear Light, and the blessings of the truth of the Three Jewels, may these aspirations be fulfilled as they are! As soon as I abandon this impure body, may I be miraculously born in Sukhavati! May I be born fully endowed with the ten bhumis, and may I benefit others in the ten directions through emanations! This was written by Dolpopa Sherab Gyaltsen Pel Zangpo. In this life and future lives, whatever pure virtue I have done with my body, speech, and mind, for the sake of all sentient beings, may afflictions be transformed into the path, may appearances be brought under control, may the three kayas be realized in their own nature, may the Dharmakaya for one's own benefit be accomplished, may the two Rupakayas for the benefit of others, until samsara is not empty, the activity of benefiting beings greatly increase, to whomever should be tamed by whatever means, may that be shown, may the great activity of benefiting others be accomplished, may the beings to be tamed reach the right time, may I be skilled in the means of dependent arising, may whatever is connected be meaningful, may the ocean of samsara be emptied, may the Dharmakaya of clear light be attained, just as all the Buddhas of the three times have made dedications, may my dedication be accomplished, until I attain Buddhahood, may I have a noble lineage, be free from illness, have clear senses,
