以极大的后悔之心，从内心忏悔，以后不再做。如是说，以极大的后悔之心念诵百字明，如果愿意，就做堕罪忏悔和总忏悔。 喇嘛金刚（744）持者大师等十方一切诸佛菩萨，以及僧众，请垂听我。我等一切有情，从无始轮回至今，受烦恼贪嗔痴的控制，以身语意造作十不善业，造作五无间罪，造作近五无间罪，违犯别解脱戒，违犯菩萨学处，违犯密宗誓言，损害三宝（745），舍弃正法，诽谤圣僧，不尊敬父母，不尊敬堪布和阿阇黎，不尊敬同梵行道友等，总之，成为高处和解脱的障碍，成为轮回和恶趣之因的罪过和堕落之众，所有这些，喇嘛金刚持者大师等十方一切诸佛菩萨，以及僧众面前，我都坦白忏悔，不隐瞒，不掩盖，以后也断除（746）并受持。 如此坦白忏悔，我将触及安乐而住，如果不坦白忏悔，就不会如此。 又是总忏悔。 诸位至尊上师的眼前，供品资具微薄，我忏悔。 本尊坛城诸尊的眼前，显现证悟舍弃取受，我忏悔。 空行母四部的眼前，违犯誓言承诺，我忏悔。 护法神众的眼前，食子年月拖延，我忏悔。 三世父母的眼前，受恩不报答（747），我忏悔。 兄弟姐妹们的眼前，誓言爱恨

With intense remorse, I confess from the bottom of my heart, and I will not do it again. Thus, with intense remorse, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. If you wish, perform the confession of downfalls and the general confession. Lama Vajra (744) Holder Master and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, and the Sangha, please listen to me. We, all sentient beings, from beginningless samsara until now, controlled by the afflictions of desire, hatred, and ignorance, have committed the ten non-virtuous actions through body, speech, and mind, committed the five heinous crimes, committed the near five heinous crimes, violated the vows of individual liberation, violated the Bodhisattva precepts, violated the secret mantra vows, harmed the Three Jewels (745), abandoned the sacred Dharma, slandered the noble Sangha, disrespected parents, disrespected Khenpos and Acharyas, disrespected fellow practitioners of the same pure conduct, etc. In short, all the faults and collections of downfalls that have become obstacles to higher realms and liberation, and have become the cause of samsara and the lower realms, all these, before Lama Vajra Holder Master and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, and the Sangha, I confess and admit, without concealing or hiding, and I will cut them off (746) and uphold the vows in the future. If I confess and admit in this way, I will touch and abide in happiness, but if I do not confess and admit, it will not be so. Again, the general confession. Before the venerable Lamas, I confess that the offerings and resources are meager. Before the Yidam deities of the mandala, I confess that I have abandoned and taken up the manifestations of realization. Before the four classes of Dakinis, I confess that I have broken vows and promises. Before the Dharma protectors and guardians, I confess that the tormas have been delayed for years and months. Before the parents of the three times, I confess that I have not repaid the kindness (747). Before the brothers and sisters, vows of love and hate.

我小（罪）忏悔。（于）六道众生之前，（我）忏悔慈悲利他之心小。别解脱之戒律，菩萨之学处，持明咒之誓言等，违背及失坏一切皆忏悔。不隐瞒不隐藏，今后当受持。若忏悔三世所作罪障，祈请清净后，身语意等，赐予胜共之成就。如是（念诵）忏悔罪堕。（748） 剩余支分是：喇嘛之事业稀有，诸佛与佛子、自生佛，阿罗汉、异生凡夫之，所有善根皆随喜。为令众生成熟解脱故，于喇嘛众及佛陀前，劝请转动甚深且广大之法轮。乃至众生存在期间，不入涅槃常住世，祈请利益一切有情众，合掌祈请如是言。受持菩萨戒是：乃至菩提藏之间，于上师及佛陀，法及圣者僧伽众，恒时恭敬而皈依。念诵三遍。（749）为利一切有情故，为得圆满佛陀果，发起菩提心，亦修菩萨行。念诵三遍。回向是：此善与他善，无余总集为一后，为利一切有情故，愿速得圆满佛陀果。文殊勇士等，三世逝者等。身体以及受用，以及三世善之事物，为利一切有情故，无有吝惜而施舍。地等大种，以及如虚空般常有，（750）愿成为无量有情众，所需受用之因。如是乃至虚空边际，一切有情界，直至全部脱离痛苦，愿我成为所需受用之因。若有时间可详述受持菩萨戒。愿一切有情具乐及 念诵三遍四无量心。之后，于十方无边无际之世界中，三世已逝及现住之

I confess my smallness. Before the beings of the six realms, I confess my smallness of compassion and altruism. All violations and impairments of the vows of individual liberation, the trainings of bodhisattvas, and the samayas of vidyadharas and mantras, I confess. I will not conceal or hide, and henceforth I will uphold them. If I confess the sins and obscurations accumulated in the three times, having purified them, I pray for the attainment of supreme and common siddhis, such as body, speech, and mind. Thus, (by reciting this) one confesses sins and downfalls. (748) The remaining limbs are: The wondrous activities of the lama, the buddhas and bodhisattvas, pratyekabuddhas, arhats, and ordinary beings, I rejoice in all their virtues. For the sake of maturing and liberating all beings, I urge the lamas and buddhas to turn the wheel of dharma, which is profound and vast. As long as beings exist, without passing into nirvana, may they remain and benefit all sentient beings. I pray with folded hands. Taking the bodhisattva vow: Until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I always respectfully take refuge in the supreme lama, the buddhas, the dharma, and the noble sangha. Recite three times. (749) For the sake of all sentient beings, in order to attain perfect buddhahood, I will generate the mind of enlightenment and practice the bodhisattva conduct. Recite three times. Dedication: This merit and other merits, having gathered them all into one, for the sake of all sentient beings, may I quickly attain perfect buddhahood. Manjushri the hero, etc., those who have gone to the three times, etc. My body and likewise my possessions, and the objects of virtue of the three times, for the sake of all sentient beings, I give without stinginess. May the great elements such as earth, and like the sky, be eternal, (750) and may I become the cause of the many needs and enjoyments of countless sentient beings. Likewise, until the realm of sentient beings, which extends to the end of the sky, is completely free from suffering, may I become the cause of their needs and enjoyments. If there is time, recite the expanded version of taking the bodhisattva vow. May all sentient beings have happiness and Recite the four immeasurables three times. Then, in the boundless and limitless realms of the ten directions, those who have passed away and those who are present in the three times.
