直至菩提之间，愿戒律完全清净。然后是发愿：愿我等一切有情相续中，圆满具足戒律波罗蜜多的诸法。愿因烦恼毁犯戒律所生的一切罪障，皆得清净。愿具足圣者欢喜的戒律之分。愿不被烦恼所欺，安住于解脱之乐。律之戒律无有瑕，戒律清净且具足。无有骄慢之戒律，愿戒律波罗蜜多圆满。愿能追随一切胜者而学，圆满行持善妙行，戒律行持无垢且真实，愿恒常不衰败无有瑕疵地行持。如是说。然后受持菩萨愿行学处：祈请十方安住的一切佛陀薄伽梵，以及安住十地的菩萨摩诃萨们，还有上师金刚持（６７１）大德们垂念我。我名某某，直至菩提心要之间，皈依诸佛，亦如是皈依正法与菩萨众。以三遍皈依特别的所依。从“尽所有及一切”至“为菩提而回向”之间，以及“文殊勇士如何了知”和“普贤亦复如是知”，我亦追随彼等而学，此等一切善根皆回向。三世逝去一切胜者所赞叹（６７２）之回向，以此我之所有善根，为善妙行故而回向。如是说，以特别方便积聚资粮。然后为了调伏菩提心宝，身体以及受用，还有三世善妙之事物，为成办一切有情之义利，无有吝惜地施舍。愿如地等大种，以及虚空般恒常，亦成为无量有情众，种种资生之因。如是直至虚空边际。

Until enlightenment, may the discipline be completely pure. Then, make the aspiration: May all sentient beings, including myself, completely perfect the Dharma of the pāramitā of discipline in their minds. May all sins and obscurations arising from the violation of discipline due to afflictions be purified. May I possess the share of discipline that pleases the noble ones. May I abide in the bliss of liberation, uncheated by afflictions. The discipline of the Vinaya is without fault, Possessing pure and complete discipline. With discipline free from arrogance, May the pāramitā of discipline be perfected. May I learn by following all the Victorious Ones, Completing the practice of the Good Conduct, The practice of discipline, immaculate and true, May I always practice without decline or fault. Thus it is said. Then, taking the vows of the Bodhisattva's aspiration and engagement: All Buddhas, Bhagavat, abiding in the ten directions, and the great Bodhisattvas abiding on the ten bhūmis, and the great Vajradhara (671) lamas, please pay attention to me. I, named so-and-so, until the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the Buddhas, and likewise take refuge in the Dharma and the assembly of Bodhisattvas. Taking refuge in the special object of refuge three times. From "As many as there are" to "dedicate for enlightenment," and "Just as Mañjuśrī the hero knows," and "Samantabhadra is also the same," I also learn by following all of them, and dedicate all these virtues. By the dedication that all the Victorious Ones who have passed in the three times praised as supreme (672), may all these roots of virtue of mine be dedicated for the sake of the Good Conduct. Thus it is said, accumulating merit through special means. Then, in order to train the mind in the precious Bodhicitta, the body and likewise enjoyments, and also the virtuous things of the three times, for the sake of accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings, may I give without stinginess. May it be like the great elements such as earth, and also constantly like the sky, and also become the cause of various livelihoods for immeasurable sentient beings. 心怀慈悲，愿一切有情众生，直至完全脱离苦难，我亦成为其资粮。祈请十方安住之诸佛世尊，以及安住十地之诸大菩萨，恳请诸位上师金刚持垂念于我。我，名唤（某某），从今时起，乃至证得菩提果位之间，如昔日诸佛所发菩提心，以及菩萨所学之学处，彼等如何次第安住其中，我亦如是为利益众生，发起菩提心，并如彼等次第修学。如是念诵三遍，受持愿心与行心。 今生我生命有了意义，获得了暇满人身，今日我生于佛陀之家，如今我已成为佛子。自此之后，我当行持与种姓相符之事业，于此无垢高贵之种姓，不令其蒙受玷污。 今日我于一切救护者之前，迎请众生与善逝，愿天人及非天等莫作障碍。为行持一切贤善之行，我将效仿文殊菩萨之祈愿，于未来一切劫中，不生厌倦，圆满成办彼之事业。 （咒语） 尽力念诵。 此后，为获得金刚乘之共同与不共成就，依光明金刚藏之仪轨，先行积资净障，受持律仪与誓言： 吽！自法界清净任运成就之境，显现无量大悲之化身，普贤五部种姓一切皈依处，祈请降临于此，垂念于我并安住。自原始即具菩提金刚藏之传承，珍贵三宝。

With compassion, may all sentient beings, until completely free from suffering, may I also become their resource. I beseech all Buddhas and Bhagavat seated in the ten directions, as well as all great Bodhisattvas abiding on the ten grounds, and I implore all Vajra Holder Gurus to consider me. I, named (so and so), from this time forth, until I attain the essence of enlightenment, just as the Buddhas of the past generated the thought of enlightenment, and in the precepts of the Bodhisattvas, how they abide in them in sequence, so too, for the benefit of beings, I shall generate the thought of enlightenment, and in the same way, I shall learn in sequence. Recite this three times to take the vow of aspiration and action. Today my life has meaning, I have obtained the perfect human form, today I am born into the family of the Buddha, now I have become a son of the Buddha. From now on, I shall engage in activities that are in accordance with my lineage, and in this immaculate and noble lineage, I shall not allow it to be defiled. Today, before all protectors, I invite beings and the Sugatas, may gods and demigods not create obstacles. In order to practice all virtuous deeds, I shall emulate the aspiration of Manjushri, and in all future kalpas, without weariness, I shall completely accomplish his work. (Mantra) Recite as much as possible. Thereafter, in order to obtain the common and uncommon achievements of the Vajrayana, according to the tradition of the Clear Light Vajra Essence, first accumulate merit and purify obscurations, and take the vows and commitments: Ho! From the realm of the pure and spontaneously accomplished Dharmadhatu, manifesting immeasurable compassion, Samantabhadra, the five Buddha families, all places of refuge, please descend here, consider me and abide. From the beginning, the lineage of the Vajra Essence of Enlightenment, the precious Three Jewels.
