Now is the fundamental, supreme Guru. Glorious Lama, Buddha, Bhagavan, the sole Dharmakaya is equal to the extent of space. I pray to you, please bless me. This wisdom of the self-nature of all dharmas, primordial, is the supreme mind, the Dharmakaya, of the glorious Lama. It is of equal taste with all Buddhas, without duality. I pray to the Lama, the Dharmakaya. Although you do not possess conceptual thoughts, efforts, or elaborations, you show endless appearances of the body to those who are to be tamed. The Rupakaya appears in the form of a holy spiritual friend. I pray to you, Vajradhara, Lord of Power. The five victorious ones are spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. You perform the benefit of beings through the manner of the five aggregates of other appearances. You liberate all beings to be tamed through the form of the aggregates. I pray to you, the supreme aggregates. Whoever is the Tathagata of the primordial nature of reality, the father and mother Bodhisattvas, heroes and heroines, and those who are tamed by the four elements, powers, etc., I pray to you who show yourself in those respective forms. From the wisdom of the self-nature of all, free from elaborations, what is called the Dharmakaya, pervading space, there is nothing else. That itself is the mind of the kind Dharma Lord, you. I pray to you, Vajradhara, Lord of Power. The ultimate three realms are self-arisen from the beginning. In the appearance of those to be tamed, the three realms appear everywhere. It is not meaningless; you always bring benefit and happiness. I pray to you, whose activity is spontaneously accomplished. Lama, you are the self-nature of all that is stable and moving. You are the actual embodiment of all Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. You dwell in the heart of all beings. Please bless me to realize this directly. Thus, remember the Lama, recite, and meditate. Then, in order to purify the faults and downfalls of past actions, the complete Bodhisattva downfall confession, and the general confession are: Lama Vajradhara, the great one, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, and the Sangha of monks, please pay attention to me. Having acted contrary to the Guru's instructions, having acted contrary to the vows of secret mantra (666), having harmed the Three Jewels, having abandoned the sacred Dharma, having slandered the noble Sangha, having been disrespectful to parents, having been disrespectful to the Khenpo and Acharya, having been disrespectful to fellow practitioners, in short, all the faults and downfalls that have become obstacles to higher realms and liberation, and have become the cause of samsara and lower realms, all these I confess before the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and (667) monastic Sangha residing in the ten directions, including the great Vajradhara Guru. I do not conceal, I do not hide. If I confess in this way, I will abide in happiness. If I do not confess, it will not be so. The method of restoring the Pratimoksha vows is: Like stars, like flames, like illusions, like dew, like bubbles, like dreams, like lightning, like clouds, thus should one view all conditioned dharmas. All dharmas arise from causes, the Tathagata has declared the cause. The cessation of that cause, the Great Shramana has said. Do not commit any evil deeds, practice all virtuous deeds (668), subdue your own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddhas. Restraint of body is good, restraint of speech is good, restraint of mind is good, restraint is good in all places. The Bhikshus who guard all, will surely be liberated from all suffering. At the end of this calming meditation, if one wishes, one can recite the Dharani of Pure Morality, which comes from the Sutra of the Unfailing Lasso: Homage to all the Tathagatas!
