Because it is mixed, one trick is complete. Practicing with the mother of no-self is mixing with luminosity. Practicing with aspiration is diligent practice, so the key points of dream practice are all contained in this one trick. (428) One person should meditate on either of these two. Third, regarding the expansion of dreams, there are two types: expansion in manifestation and taming at will. The first type is further divided into two types: expanding on the gross and subtle four elements and expanding on the gross and subtle sentient beings. The first is: the preliminary practice is the same as before, praying with the phrase "Bless me to be able to expand dreams," and then giving an example: If you see a clod of earth in front of you, think: I am asleep. This must be a dream. Thinking about where to expand it to? As soon as you think of expanding it into two, it becomes two. Similarly, at first, expand from three to ten, etc. Then gradually contract it, and it becomes the original one. Finally, by gradually practicing and training, you can expand it as you wish, and you can also contract it to the original one clod of earth. Moreover, by repeatedly meditating on this object during the day, at night (429) you can control the dream. Even if you remember this object of expansion and meditate on it. Some people cannot expand and contract at first. But by practicing with strong aspiration, you can expand it slightly after a few days. Then it gradually gets better. Some people can expand from the beginning. Not only that, but transformation and manifestation are also similar to this. First, get used to something like a clod of earth, and after being able to contract and expand freely, gradually practice with others. Practice from the gross earth element, such as a mountain, to the subtle stone or dust. Practice from the gross water element, such as rivers and lakes, to the subtle water droplets. Practice from the gross fire element, such as a large fire, to the subtle sparks. Practice from the gross wind element, such as a large whirlwind, to even the subtle breath of tiny creatures. Here, the four elements refer to all inanimate phenomena (430), that is, practicing on everything contained in the external environment. This is the twenty-seventh object of focus. Second, practicing on gross and subtle sentient beings: the preliminary practice is the same as before. If you see a person appearing in front of you, think: I am asleep. This

It is like a person in a dream. Thinking, "It can transform, it can transform," transforming from one, two, three up to ten, and gathering them back as before. Using this to represent horses, cattle, and all sentient beings actually seen, practice on all of them, from coarse horses and cattle to tiny insects. Twenty-eighth contemplation cycle. Second, training in taming whatever needs taming, there are two types: worldly taming and transcendent taming. First, the transformation of worldly taming primarily involves training in the forms of animals. Training also occurs with inanimate objects like fire and water, such as transforming water as the antidote to fire. For example, if you see something like a mouse in front of you, think, "This is a mouse in a dream; I need to transform a tamer." Then, a cat appears, and you think the cat has tamed the mouse. Then, thinking, "It can transform, it can transform," you transform into many cats and engage in the contemplation of taming. Similarly, for a bird, transform into a hawk; for a dog, a wolf; for other predators, a tiger; for a tiger, a lion; for a lion, a firestorm; for fire, water; for a person, a rakshasa, and so on. Twenty-ninth contemplation cycle. Second, the transformation of transcendent taming: if oneself or another is harmed by a spirit, a wrathful king appears in front of you. He binds the harmful spirit with a lasso, tramples it with his feet, cuts it with weapons, burns it with flames, and terrifies it by uttering fierce mantra sounds, causing it to faint unconscious. In this way, think of utterly destroying it with various methods, so that it cannot rise again. Also, think that transforming into many such wrathful deities can also tame it. Any wisdom wrathful deity can tame all kinds of spirits, but according to the main taming, Hayagriva (藏文:རྟ་མགྲིན།) tames kings and the violent; Vajrapani (藏文:ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།) tames upper spirits; Garuda (藏文:བྱ་ཁྱུང་།) tames earth lords, nagas, and general evil influences; Manjushri Nagaraja (藏文:འཇམ་དཔལ་ནཱ་ག་རཀྵ།) tames nagas and rakshasas; Achala (藏文:མི་གཡོ་བ།) tames demonic obstacles; Ushnishachakravartin (藏文:གཙུག་ཏོར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ།) tames curses; and Manjushri Vajrabhairava Praise (藏文:འཇམ་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་བསྔགས་) tames all spirits in general. So it is said. Thirtieth contemplation cycle. Fourth, the pith instructions for dream transformation, reaching
