The contemplation is finished once. Meditate on that very thing (400) again and again. This has eight key points for contemplation: contemplating the origin of Dharma, contemplating the six realms, training the six realms to be without truth, generating compassion, supplicating the lama, training the six realms to emptiness, guarding one's own state, and the intention of appearance and existence as illusion. In general, it is said that there is no contemplation deeper than this. The practice during session breaks is also only a threefold intention. That is, from the very beginning, it is not right to just think that you must generate any one of the three intentions. First, strive to find a way to generate any one of them during the session break. In that way, train each of the three individually. Finally, if you let go of the intention of not separating from any one of the three, you will not be separated from any one of them. For example, first put on the armor, thinking that you must constantly generate the intention of death and impermanence during the session break (401). During the session break, remember as much impermanence as you can. In that way, if you guard with the sentry of mindfulness during the session break, in about a month or two, the intention of impermanence will arise during most of the session break. If that happens, temporarily let go of it and train in devotion to the lama in the same way. If that also happens, then temporarily let go of both of them and train in the intention of illusion in the same way. If that also happens during most of the session break, then after that, just let go of the intention of not separating from any one of the three, and you will not be separated from any one of them. The seventeenth contemplation section. Second, regarding taking sickness and demonic influences as the path. In the three instruction manuals and old appendices, the meaning is the same, but the categories are uncertain, and although the meanings are all complete, they are all different, but this one is certain. If you take sickness as the path, then the appearance of being sick (402) is also, because it is purifying bad karma and obscurations, and it is an encouragement for virtuous practice, so it is the compassionate blessing of a qualified lama. Thinking that you are very grateful, regard the sickness as the nature of the lama. Pray intensely. Finally, rest the lama, the sickness, and your own mind equally and inseparably. That is one method. Or, the appearance is an illusion. In reality, there has never been sickness or a sick person. Although there is not, the appearance of being sick is like being sick in a dream. At the moment of being sick
