Look at the 'Discriminating Determination' by Rigpa Mokchokpa. Fourth, the self-liberation of clear light ignorance has three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The first is: contemplate impermanence and the faults of samsara, eat sparingly, sit with slow conduct (815), diligently cultivate the path of skillful means, and offer tsok, torma to the lama, yidam, dakini, dharmapala, and protectors. Clear light is the key to devotion, so pray intensely to the lama. Second, the main practice has four parts: holding the clear light, taking it as the path, mixing, and the ultimate clear light. First, holding the A: visualize a white, stainless, radiant A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in the heart of your clearly visualized Chakrasamvara. Its light fills the inside of the body. Then contemplate that the entire inside and outside of your body is white and transparent, and hold it. If you cannot grasp that, then on the lotus moon in the heart of your clearly visualized white bliss-emptiness Chakrasamvara, visualize a Chakrasamvara like yourself, and in the heart filled with colors, visualize a white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) the size of a mustard seed, radiating light. The light emanating from it makes the entire inside and outside of the body (816) white and transparent. Light radiates from the pores of the hair, making the entire vessel and its contents white and transparent, and this will manifest. If you have mastered that, then holding the bindu is: focus your mind one-pointedly on a white bindu the size of a sesame seed radiating light at the eyebrow center of your clearly visualized Chakrasamvara, bright as a rainbow. If you contemplate without wavering, it will definitely manifest. Or, holding the selflessness mother is: contemplate the selflessness mother at the edge of the brain, as described in the previous dream yoga section, as if floating in the sky, and contemplate the skull as a conch shell house, and you will grasp it. The latter three, such as taking the path, are to enhance and elevate when the clear light arises. These are all explained in detail in the lama's instructions, like the vajra verses and the condensed meaning of Kyungpo, and it is sufficient for the lama to introduce them. Afterwards, vows (817) should not be tainted by root or branch downfalls. In particular, for clear light, the bindu is the essence of wisdom, so even a hair-thin amount of white essence should not be lost. Furthermore, obstacle removal, enhancement, the gateway to clear light, recognition, experience, and the differences between day and night are all clearly recorded in the lama's oral instructions. These are also the clear light arising of Niguma.

Practice with devotion to the Guru, the view of great bliss with and without outflows, and the spontaneous arising of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, adorned with the three: preliminary, main, and subsequent practices, and the essential points of time. This is the practice. Fifth, becoming enlightened without practicing transference: Niguma said, "The absence of what is transferred and the one who transfers is the most excellent. The middling and the lowest should abandon attachment and aversion. With joy and devotion, focus on one point, (818) throw upwards and adorn with aspiration prayers." In the practice mentioned, the highest is transference from the view, the middling is transference from the illusory body, and the lowest is transference from aspiration prayers. The first is: one's own mind, free from what is transferred and the one who transfers, free from all extremes of elaboration, like clear sky, rest single-pointedly in the state of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. This is also called the transference of the Dharmakaya, suchness. The second is transference from the illusory body of the middling faculty, which includes transference to the deity and transference to the Guru. The first of these includes purification and the combination of activities. The first is: on one's own crown, on a lotus and sun disc, the deity Chakrasamvara, with a blue body, four faces, and twelve arms, embracing the consort. The consort, Vajravarahi, is red, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the father. Visualize this very clearly. (819) Offer to him. Pray, "Deity, glorious Heruka, please lead me to the realm of the Dakinis." Pray intensely like this. Heruka says, "Son of the lineage, come up!" Having received permission, one's own mind becomes a white light, rises up from the central channel, shoots out from the Brahma aperture, and dissolves into the heart of the deity, father and mother. Then, visualize that the deity, father and mother, also dissolve into the heart of the Sambhogakaya Chakrasamvara, with four faces and twelve arms, in the Akanishta paradise. From his heart, there is a white Ah(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable, focus the mind single-pointedly on it. Then, that Ah syllable becomes a white light, moves up and down, enters the central channel from one's own Brahma aperture, and when it reaches the heart, it becomes a white Ah syllable, focus the mind on it. (820) By practicing like this again and again, for the highest, the Brahma aperture will break open and pus and blood will flow; for the middling, swelling of the Brahma aperture and other phenomena will occur; for the lowest, the Brahma aperture will also itch. These are signs of accomplishment. In these states, there is a possibility of fainting, so one should
