Everything (784) is accomplished by experiencing peace. Alternatively, it is also acceptable to meditate on the earlier and later Dharma origins. Third, the distinctions of the three signs of emptiness are: the sun and moon rising and flying in the sky, reaching the top of houses and mountains like snow mountains, proceeding without sinking in water, appearing naked without thoughts of shame, bathing, wearing clean white clothes, etc., are signs of the purification of sins. Vomiting and the discharge of pus and blood, and the appearance of much dust on the body are signs of the elimination of disease. The appearance of poisonous snakes, scorpions, frogs, lizards, insects, etc., are signs of the elimination of demonic obstacles. These occur in various ways, either in reality, or in experience, manifestation, or dreams, etc. Second, the main part has five aspects: the body posture of the fire tummo or the central channel possessing four qualities, wearing tummo as clothing, (785) eating as food, spreading as a cushion, and requesting the empowerment of existence. The first is to visualize oneself as Vajrayogini, sit in a squatting posture, cross the legs with the soles of the feet facing upwards, interlock the hands and grasp the left and right thighs, place the elbows on the knees, slightly bend the neck, perform the six-fold binding of the fire stove, and meditate on the guru on the crown of the head as before. Pray to the precious guru to bless me to generate the samadhi of bliss and warmth, bless me to generate the samadhi of bliss and emptiness. Thus say. After requesting the empowerment of existence, visualize the central channel from the crown of one's head to the secret place as straight as an arrow shaft, empty like a bamboo tube, red like a China rose flower, clear like sesame oil (786), thus clarifying the central channel possessing four qualities. To its right is the red Roma channel, to its left is the white Kyangma channel, the lower ends of these two channels enter the central channel. At the four places of the navel, heart, throat, and crown of the head, there is one channel knot each where the Roma and Kyangma channels intertwine. From the crown of the head, the Roma channel to the right and the Kyangma channel to the left each have four branch channels emanating, namely the left and right corners of the mouth, the two nostrils, the two eyes, and the two ears, separated like snake heads. At the opening of the excretory passage, there is a wind arrow and bow with a blue banner hanging from the top, the arrowhead entering the central channel between the Roma and Kyangma channels. At the tip of the arrow, the syllable RAM (藏文:རྃ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) transforms into a spark-sized pill of fire, with a thin root and a sharp tip.

Vomiting, waist swelling, hot to the touch, red in color, clearly visualize these five characteristics. In the central channel of the crown of the head, visualize the white letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari हां, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: हां character) with its head pointing downwards (787) like a needle. Then, slowly exhale the impure air. Equalize the breath, and slowly guide the upper air downwards into the body. Slowly draw the lower air upwards, and join the upper and lower airs at the navel. Due to the stirring of the lower air, the fire burns below the navel like the wick of a lamp shaped like a woman's vulva. Again, hold the breath, causing it to burn at the navel. On the third breath retention, with the heat reaching the heart, from the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari हां, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: हां character) at the crown of the head, drops of bindu descend like a string of pearls. Visualize striking the fire at the heart, producing a whooshing sound. It is crucial to not let the fire die out or let the flame flicker, as this is a profound key point. By this, warmth is first generated, then bliss, and then the samadhi of bliss and emptiness will arise, thus it is like the root of the six dharmas. On this, Niguma said: One's own body is endowed with skillful means, the three channels and four chakras, adorned with the four joys of A (Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, literal Chinese meaning: A character) (788) ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari हां, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: हां character) burning and dripping. Through the union of wisdom and bliss, the four joys, with and without outflows, arise in sequence. Thus it is taught. Second, tummo as clothing: The posture and visualization are as before, except that the palms of the hands are crossed and cover the left and right kidneys. Visualize four fire wicks the size of eggs at the navel and the left and right kidneys directly behind it, and as before, hold the breath and join the winds, and warmth will quickly arise, which is the accomplishment through experience. If one is old and frail, then visualize the fire wicks as the size of pigeon eggs or goose eggs. Third, tummo as food: The posture is as before, and on top of the previous visualization, blow white water-wind, hold red fire-wind, and join the winds. A terrifying fire descends from the palate (789). Between the two symbols, one example is not clear. Note: Visualize the entire stomach filled with red fire. Because obstacles are likely to arise, combine with experience. First, blow the wind of wind, then blow the fire-wind, then blow the winds according to the color arising from below, then visualize grasping the yellow earth-wind from the roots of the teeth, draw the wind below the navel into the body and join it, visualizing the abdomen filled with yellow. Then grasp the white water-wind from the upper palate, filling it with white, the fire-wind.
