Supreme Three Jewels. Dispel obstacles and accomplish favorable conditions, assembly of dakinis and dharma protectors. Thangtong Gyalpo. Madman of the empty valley. One who takes the essence of whatever food (775) arises. One who equalizes the taste of whatever circumstances arise, I have gathered the essence of all Mahayana Dharma into one place. When explaining this special instruction of the oral transmission of Niguma, the wisdom dakini, the first of the two, the person who is the basis for practice and the actual practice, must be one who has received the four empowerments in the mandala of the five tantras or Chakrasamvara, and who possesses vows, faith, and diligence, and who has generated preliminary dharmas such as impermanence of death (776), the faults of karma and samsara, etc., in their mindstream. Niguma's vajra verse says: "Matured by the four empowerments, possessing faith and diligence, knowing impermanence and renouncing suffering, with preliminary faults, whoever strives on this supreme path, will become enlightened in six months or in this life." Thus it is said. Secondly, the actual practice is divided into two: preliminary and main practice. The first is: In the sky in front, on top of a precious throne supported by eight lions, from the letter BAM (བྃ་) arises a lotus stalk with a thousand petals. On top of that, from the letter RAM (རྃ་) arises a sun disc with a million rays. (777) On top of that, from the letter AH (ཨ་) arises a moon disc equal to the size of three thousand worlds. On top of that, on top of various cushions such as silk, visualize the essence as the root guru, the form as the Great Buddha Vajradhara, body color blue, one face, two arms. The right hand holds a vajra and the left hand holds a bell, crossed at the heart. The two legs are in vajra posture. The body is naked and adorned with bones and jewels. The face is smiling. Possessing three eyes. The hair is loose and covers up to the waist. Just seeing the body purifies sins and obscurations. Just hearing the speech will surely establish one on the irreversible ground. Visualize appearance without inherent existence. In front of that, imagine that you and all sentient beings take refuge from the (778) central channel of the heart. All sentient beings, as vast as the sky, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the lama. Take refuge in the Buddha.

I take refuge in the Guru, I take refuge in the Buddha, I take refuge in the Dharma, I take refuge in the Sangha, I take refuge in the Yidam. Check if there is a template like this. Note: Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, etc. Then, may all sentient beings, as vast as the sky, have happiness and the cause of happiness. May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering. May they never be separated from the bliss that is free from suffering. May they abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion, near and far. Thus, meditate on the four immeasurables. Then, for the sake of all sentient beings, may I attain the state of Buddhahood (779). Therefore, may my body, speech, and mind enter the sequence of virtuous actions. Thus, generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, pray to the Guru: I pray to the great Vajradhara Buddha. I pray to the Dakini Niguma. I pray to the Siddha Kyungpo Naljor. I pray to Rmoglcog Rinchen Tsonru. I pray to the incomparable Kyergangpa Chenpo. I pray to Lama Sangye Nyentonpa. I pray to Chöje Sangye Tonpa. I pray to the wise and accomplished Shangton Chöje. I pray to Gyalwa Mupa Chenpo. I pray to Lama Dorje Shönnu. I pray to the named Namkhai Naljor. I pray to Bodhisattva Jinpa Zangpo. I pray to the Siddha Tsondu Zangpo. Please bless the path of means, the bliss-warmth to arise spontaneously. Please bless the illusory body, attachment and aversion to be self-liberated. Please bless the dream state (780), confusion to be self-purified. Please bless the clear light, ignorance to be self-liberated. Please bless the transference of consciousness, to become Buddha without practice. Please bless the Bardo, to attain the Sambhogakaya Buddha. Thus, or with any verse, pray intensely. Second, the main practice has six parts: The path of means, bliss-warmth arises spontaneously. The illusory body, attachment and aversion are self-liberated. The dream state, confusion is self-purified. The clear light, ignorance is self-liberated. The transference of consciousness, becomes Buddha without practice. The Bardo, attains the Sambhogakaya. First, the path of means has three parts: preliminary, main practice, and subsequent practice. The first has three parts: the purifying A-shaped empty wheel. The empty wheel dispels diseases and demonic obstacles. The three signs are the distinctions of the empty wheel. The first is: On the crown of one's head, visualize a lotus arising from the syllable Pam (Tibetan: པྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Pam), and in the center of the moon disc arising from the syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), the root Guru Vajradhara, with a white body color, ornaments and attire similar to before. (781) Dissolve all the Gurus and Yidams into it. Pray to the precious Guru, please bless me to pacify diseases and demonic obstacles. Purify sins and obscurations.
