Should be done. Guru yoga is similar to illusory body practice. After merging the guru into oneself, clearly visualize oneself as the deity, and also focus the mind on all external appearances. Clearly and stably visualize the deity in any appearance. Focus on all appearances simultaneously, thinking: all of this is the manifestation of my own mind, and that mind (651) is also like an unreal illusion. Furthermore, especially visualize that I have fallen asleep, thinking: all these appearances are just dreams! Thus, alternately practice the thought of unreality and the thought of dreams, vigorously training. During breaks between sessions, also meditate on the combined three thoughts without negligence, and especially add the thought of dreams. Before going to bed, also vigorously practice the thought of dreams and the thought of unreality, and fall asleep in this state. There is no need to seek other dream-grasping secrets, considering that this alone is sufficient. Afterwards, as shown in the extensive Six Dharmas (652), the contents of increasing practice, transforming emanations, etc., are explained. If you want to understand in detail, you should refer to the instruction manual of Khedrup Gyaltsen Bum. Once you have a clear understanding of the text instructions, even with just these words, you will be able to see the meaning. Thus, the visualizations, types of oral instructions, and various detailed and concise necessary instructions required during the Six Dharmas text instructions have been explained. Here it is said: Those who claim that this is the unerring profound essence are rare. Those who pretend to be for the sake of gaining fame are everywhere. Most ordinary people are involved in this Dharma because of partiality and attachment. Most people (653) are like teahouse waiters and fishermen, so it is difficult to understand the profound meaning, but there are relatively few people with malicious intentions and ignorance. Those who are greedy for fame and profit, attached to the eight worldly dharmas, and hold three prejudices, are like competing with each other to see who is stronger. Faith, understanding, and compassion are like competing with each other to see who is weaker. Therefore, some Geshe title holders with six faulty characteristics, because the mantras they have learned cannot be sold to the general public, desire to gather some rabble and explain this Dharma to those who know nothing about Buddhism by reciting scriptures. For those who are proficient in this Dharma, there is neither teaching nor listening. Please keep in mind the book of Apo Jiang's reading banner (654). Hey! We are sure that we are blessed people.

Reaching the place where the profound Dharma is definitely present. There is no need to hide the Lama, practice the Dharma, Emaho! The profound path of the Nigu Six Dharmas, the compilation of the mother's teachings, was spoken by Gyal Khampa Tarānanātha. May there be auspiciousness! The instruction manual called Great Seal Ga'u Ma or Three Kinds of Self-Arising. Homage to the Guru! The Great Seal Ga'u Ma or Three Kinds of Self-Arising. For this instruction of the wisdom Ḍākiṇī Niguma, the preliminary instructions are the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity, impermanence, suffering, etc., which are in common with the general teachings. Taking refuge, generating Bodhicitta, and the emptiness of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) are similar to the Six Dharmas of Nigu. The preliminary practice of the session is Guru Yoga, which is similar to the illusory body, but offer more maṇḍalas. Please release me with the mind of self-grasping. Please cause useless thoughts to arise in my continuum. Please cause the clear light Great Seal to be realized by me. This is the special point. In the actual instructions, there are the preliminary Three Kinds of Self-Arising, the actual Four Faults Self-Liberation, and the subsequent instructions on the Three Bodies Self-Manifestation. The first has two instructions: the instruction on Śamatha and the instruction on Vipaśyanā. The first has the basis of focus and the extraction. The first is that all the activities of the three doors have been abandoned as meaningless. From now on, until a little reliance on meditation arises, let alone non-virtue, not to mention neutral actions, even virtuous actions with elaboration should be relaxed. The body should be in the seven postures of Vairocana. The speech should eliminate the foul air three times. Not to mention speaking, even holding and drawing in breath should be abandoned as self-arising. The mind should be relaxed and released without fabrication. One focus. When various thoughts arise, recognize them as arising from the path. Cut off the arising immediately and abide. Two focuses. When the lower flow wanders boundlessly, whenever you remember, vow never to do this again from now on. When thoughts arise, think of remembering and recognizing them, and eliminate them in this way. Three focuses. At that time, awareness becomes unclear. If forgetfulness also becomes severe, it is the fault of sinking. Gather awareness, look upwards, and meditate in white space or on the roof, etc. Cut off the arising of sinking and stand up, etc. Also, if you get angry and your pores stand on end, it is excitement, so relax and release. Lower your gaze, towards desirable objects.
