Although there are, its commentary is its own commentary. It is said to be the "top of the scepter" or "what is said," which is the essential point in accordance with the tantras. It is clearly shown on the single seat (644) to contemplate the white A character as a jewel. The appearance of various phenomena from the clear light bliss emptiness is said to be the key to the self-arising deity body from the clear light. For details, please refer to the words of Drok Gon Sangye himself. Among them, "Precious Garland of Light" is written in the form of the main text, without any discussion. The stainless path of light and these two should not be taught separately, because there is nothing beyond the six dharmas, so it is said. According to oral tradition, in the past, when the seal of writing down these complete six dharmas had not been lifted, various abbreviated guidebooks were written as memos. In general, (645) if the seal of oral transmission has not been lifted, even writing down fragments will damage the seal; if it is written differently, it is very bad for the memo, because it will cause the original content to be forgotten, so it is not like that. Therefore, these two are the words of Drok Gon Sangye, so the seal has been lifted. It should be known that the slightly different ways of contemplation are swamps. Therefore, these two have become the vessels of the oral transmission of the wisdom dakini Niguma, and were given for the sake of some disciples who did not need all the instructions. It is said that these people also generated special realization and ultimately reached perfection. (646) Even if the essential points are included in the "Great Guide," it is not contradictory to separate them, just like the illusory body single seat. Therefore, just as the great accomplished master Kyungpo separated and wrote the illusory body single seat, Drok Gon Tonpa also wrote these two, and at this time it must be understood that there is no difference between the good and bad of the authors. "Precious Garland of Light" and these two, apart from the difference between poetry and prose, there seems to be a situation of whether or not speculation is involved, but there is no difference in necessity. In this way, even if the most suitable contemplation points are extracted separately from the detailed guidance method, (647) those supreme beings have carefully analyzed the various aspects of the guidance.

Since that (尊者) has already taught, it is still very good and appropriate to guide students with these methods of guidance according to the individual dispositions of each disciple. In general, for the guidance of words and phrases, it is necessary to hear from the guru a long transmission that is free from errors in words and phrases, without omissions, and without mistakes, and to keep it firmly in mind. However, for the guidance of meaning and experience, it is not necessarily necessary to arrange according to a detailed guide text. If one can reach the peak of experience by relying on one or two or three or four objects of focus, then it will grasp all the essentials. (648) Furthermore, if someone does not like the extensive and concise texts of the Six Dharmas, but prefers a Dharma that has the name of the Six Dharmas of Niguma, then for the former of these two, one can add transference and bardo, as well as the "Jewel Garland of Light," and for the latter, one can add tummo on top of that, and it should be added appropriately. The way to add it is that if it is added to the main text, there may be a danger of confusing the words of the accomplished ones, so it is better to add it separately. Apart from that, the so-called Niguma Six Dharmas guide text, such as the one written by Je Gedun Gyatso, was not spoken by Niguma, not heard by Kyungpo, and no lineage guru has ever understood it. The fabricated Niguma Dharma is only (649) running after the name, and it is only to deceive those officials who do not understand the Dharma. If someone says that this is a pure sequence of aims explained from other Dharmas, then what is the use of attaching the name of Niguma's Dharma to it? It is not right to attach the name of Shangpa Dharma to something that does not even have a single aim of the Shangpa Kagyu tradition. The so-called "Illusory Body One-Seat" comes from the oral record of the great accomplished Kyungpo, which says: "In the Illusory Body One-Seat, four supplications, eight intentions. The four supplications are as usual. The eight intentions are: death is impermanent (650), devotion to the guru, knowing when falling asleep, knowing illusory dreams, practicing transformation." The sequence of practice is: first take refuge, generate bodhicitta, purify obscurations, and emptiness. In terms of generating a strong sense of renunciation of death and impermanence, one should be more diligent than usual.
