Like the Lesser Vehicle, one suddenly awakens. To counteract this, focus the mind on the center of the lower part of the body. Also, during the day, repeatedly meditate on that same object, thinking that one should repeatedly meditate like this even during sleep. Do not be agitated, but rest relaxed. At night, when the dream luminosity arises, be very vigilant about waking up (617), and it is very important to do it relaxed. Thus, 'waking dissipation' is the name for always waking up as soon as the dream arises and as soon as the luminosity arises. If this happens, counteract it with that method. Even if one constantly practices the object and intention, one cannot grasp the dream and luminosity. It is as if there is no difference between meditating and not meditating, and this is called 'deluded dissipation.' In other instructions such as the Five Stages of Completion, it is known as 'repeated dull dissipation.' If one becomes deluded as soon as the dream arises, it is said that the 'deluded dissipation' in this instruction is weak. In those known as the instructions of Naropa, it is called 'sluggish dissipation.' This sluggish dissipation does not occur much in the luminosity of sleep. This dream itself (618) is frequent, so the method of counteracting it is very important. Before going to sleep, repeatedly make the intention that if it is the time to grasp the dream, one will fall into a deep sleep and not have a dream. If it is the time of luminosity, one will not fall asleep. This is called 'empty dissipation.' If there is no dream, doing a lot of wind yoga during the day will help. The occurrence of leakage obstacles during deep sleep and dreams is called 'bliss dissipation.' This is caused by various factors in the dream, such as the causes of desire, habitual tendencies, and demonic influences. Whenever this happens in reality or in a dream, the power of the dream will mostly diminish. Sometimes it may seem that there is no difference once or twice, but it will gradually diminish. In particular, the virtuous (619) practice of the dream, the radiant deity of clarity, emptiness, and bliss, will be completely destroyed. If it occurs during luminosity, the luminosity will be lost with just one instance. If it is due to a breach of vows, demonic influences, or leakage, it is difficult to restore it to its original state even if one meditates again. In any case, the method of counteracting all of these is like the time of self-liberation of obstacles. 'Dissipation' does not refer to once or twice, but is the name for repeated occurrences that lead to great loss. However, it is said that it is very important to cut off the root from the beginning before dissipation occurs. These are also easily committed by those who are impatient and have strong desires.

Having mastered it, constantly practice without calculation, and someday all boundaries (620) will naturally become offerings. At the time of transference, the infallible transference of the Dakini is similar to other main transference practices in its preliminaries. In the sky above your crown, visualize a double-layered triangular Dharma source, white on the outside and red on the inside. Moving blissfully and appearing blissfully. In its center is the venerable Vajrayogini, with a red-colored body. The right hand holds a vajra, the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart, and a khatvanga is held in the armpit, residing in a posture with the right leg extended and the left leg bent. Adornments and attire are completely perfect. She resides on a seat of lotus, sun, and a corpse with its head facing left. Meditate with countless retinues. (621) Visualize your own ordinary body, with the syllables རཾ་ (Tibetan, ram, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal meaning: Ram) of fire nature at the soles of both feet and the anus. From this, flames blaze fiercely, melting and boiling the entire body. It transforms into the nature of wisdom nectar. It also goes into the skull cup in the hands of the venerable Vajrayogini. It is also offered to the mouths of all the main deities and retinues, satisfying their minds with bliss. Meditate on this three times. Then, transform yourself into a solitary Heruka. In the center of the body, the central channel is the same as usual. At the navel, visualize the white syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan, a, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A), the essence of consciousness, and at the secret place, visualize the blue syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum), the essence of wind, radiating light. Slightly (622) hold the breath. When exhaling, recite a long ཧིཀ་ (Tibetan, hik, Devanagari: हिक्, Romanized Sanskrit: hik, literal meaning: Hik). At that time, the force of the wind of the syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) at the secret place carries the syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan, a, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) at the navel, and exits from the crown through the central channel. It enters through the secret gate of the Bhagavati Vajrayogini. Visualize reaching the heart. Then, from the ancient texts of the oral instructions, it says to repeat this visualization three times. After that, it is said to meditate on Vajrayogini ascending to the high sky and descending again, etc. But in practice, this is not done; instead, repeat the previous visualization seven times. Each time, blend your own mind, Vajrayogini, and emptiness (623) into one without distinction, and rest in equanimity. Finally, your own mind and the blessings of Vajrayogini become inseparable, transforming into the form of nectar with white and red radiance, from the secret gate.
