Through various means such as devotion to the gathering of all places, with intense longing of devotion, I pray to the precious Guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, to generate the special Samadhi of bliss and warmth in my body for the benefit of all sentient beings. I pray to generate the special Samadhi of bliss and emptiness in my mind. Having prayed intensely in this way, the Guru dissolves into the essence of nectar and permeates from the crown of my head. (526) Having purified the body of maturation, one becomes the venerable Vajrayogini: Reddish-brown, one face, two hands, right hand holding a vajra. Slightly threatening with a menacing gesture, holding a skull cup filled with blood at the heart with the left hand. Adorned with a crown of dry skulls, a necklace of wet skulls hangs down. Three eyes, hair unbound, adorned with five seals. Standing with the right leg extended on a lotus, sun disc, and white corpse. The head is turned to the right, residing in the center of a blazing fire. Visualize the inside of the body as if a red tent is erected, completely empty up to the ends of the pores. The key points of the body are the six fire-stove seals, sitting cross-legged with the right shin inside and the left shin outside, crossed like a table. The hands are also crossed, holding the two middle fingers together, with the elbows on the knees. The spine is straightened. The gaze (527) is directed straight ahead. Visualize four red and round fireballs, extremely hot, with flames blazing, like red-hot iron balls, clearly in front and behind the navel, and in the right and left kidney areas. Without abandoning this focus, exhale slowly and deeply three times. Inhale the upper air slowly and press it below the navel. The lower air is not drawn upwards but bound in place. Rotate once to the right and once to the left at the navel, visualizing the fireballs colliding, filling the entire body with red sparks, red, hot, and fiery, and remain in the feeling of no discomfort. When it becomes unbearable, start with little force, then increase it in the middle, (528) and finally exhale sharply. In this way, hold the breath as much as possible, such as four or eight times. After becoming somewhat accustomed, gradually increase the number of right and left rotations, and when you can finally do about twelve rotations each time, you will gain the power of fire. Before practicing the five branches, also do the churning wheel of the churning stick and churning base as much as possible, which will accelerate the generation of heat. The main practice is to consume Tummo as food: The body

Settle in the posture, placing the legs in a relaxed and wide vajra posture. Extend the hands and cover the knees with the palms. Keep the teeth and lips natural, the posture as before. Straighten the spine. Curl the big toes of the feet inward. Visualize yourself as Jetsunma, and in the center of the emptiness, there is a (529) Avadhuti nadi, straight like a medium-sized arrow shaft, thin, transparent, and red, possessing these four qualities. The upper end is connected to the nostrils, and the lower end is inserted four fingers below the navel. Both ends have cuts, and the inside is empty, like a cut bamboo. On the right is the red Roma nadi, and on the left is the white Kyangma nadi, both as thin as awns, not arranged side by side. The lower end extends four fingers longer than the central channel, and the tip is bent upwards, just entering the central channel. The two upper ends are bent about one finger from the back of the upper end of the central channel. Then, placing the two together, they cover the upper end of the central channel, bend forward, and insert into the two nostrils. Inside the upper end of the (530) central channel, there is a white Ham (ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马转写:haṃ,字面意思:Hum) syllable, head down, comfortable and cool. At the lower end, at the junction of the three nadis, there is a red Ram (རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马转写:raṃ,字面意思:Ram) syllable, head up, very hot. From there, about four fingers down, at the anus, visualize the wind mandala, a blue-green crescent shape, with the cut facing forward, shaking intensely. The ninefold exhalation is: first, exhale slowly and long three times. Then, exhale quickly and short three times. Then, contract the upper body and exhale three times: Press the right thumb on the ring finger, and also bend the little finger. Place the index finger on the back of the middle finger, thus pressing the left nostril. Place the left thumb in a fist and place it under the right armpit, pressing down with the right arm, tightening and lowering the right breast (531) and elbow, and exhale one breath quickly from the right nostril. Then reverse it, exhaling once from the left nostril. Again, exhale once from the right nostril, rest for a moment, and clearly visualize emptiness. Again, exhale one breath slowly, gently pressing the upper breath below the navel. Also, slightly inhale the lower breath and keep it closed. Visualize the breaths traveling from the nostrils through the Roma and Kyangma nadis to the junction of the three nadis. From the wind mandala, the blue breath stands up like a spear and enters the central channel. With three breaths, blow on the Ram (རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马转写:raṃ,字面意思:Ram) syllable, making the tiny and sharp flame clear and shining, and burning longer and longer. Exhale several times.
