Whose name is [invoked]. From that, rays of light emanate. All evil enemies and obstructors are utterly destroyed. The noble ones are propitiated. The benefit of sentient beings is accomplished. Again, gathering and dissolving, it is completely transformed into: The Swift-Acting Wisdom Protector, the Six-Armed One, who fulfills the hopes of beings in accordance with the Dharma, whose body color is extremely dark like the clouds at the end of an eon, with one face and six arms, three red and round eyes gazing with anger, mouth open and teeth bared, tongue curled, laughing loudly, with beard, eyebrows, and hair standing erect in reddish-yellow, forehead smeared with a sindhura dot, crowned on the head by Akshobhya, the first right hand holding a vajra kīla and curved knife (401), the first left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood at the heart, holding it up and down, the middle right hand holding a rosary of dry skulls, the last hand fiercely playing a ḍāmaru, the second left hand holding a trident, the last hand holding a vajra lasso. Both feet with the power to completely suppress the three realms, standing equally with a firm stance, pressing down the king of obstructors with his feet, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, tied with a green silk belt, a blue snake binding the hair, red earrings, variegated arm ornaments, white necklace, yellow bracelets, green sash, white anklets and belt. All (402) hands and feet are adorned with strings of tinkling bells, stout and short limbs are strong, with immeasurable splendor, adorned with a crown of five dry human heads with jeweled tassels, and a necklace of fifty fresh, bleeding human heads. Adorned with six bone ornaments, uttering a terrifying roar like thunder, destroying all demons and obstructors. Residing in the midst of a blazing mass of wisdom fire like the fire of the eon, leaning against a sandalwood tree. To his left, in the center of a turbulent ocean of blood, from (Tibetan: བྷྱོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्योः, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyoḥ, Literal Meaning: Fear) arises the glorious goddess, the sovereign of the desire realm, with a black body, the right hand raising a black demon's wooden tablet (403), the left hand holding a bag of diseases, residing in the midst of a whirlwind of fire and wind, riding a mule, horse, and three-legged donkey, surrounded by a retinue of hundreds of thousands of flesh-eaters, mamos, and dakinis. In front of the main deity, from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) arises the yaksha Kshetrapala, with a dark blue-black body, mouth open, revealing fangs.
