Ah! The sheep that makes bleating sounds, The animals that roam in the cracks of the ridges, The land churned by the horns of dzos and bulls, The water buffalo whose hooves strike the ground. The intelligent horses, mules, and donkeys, All these cloven-hoofed animals, Are symbols of the patron's wealth. Crocodiles and large fish that devour fish, The great golden turtle, And the great whales, etc., All the creatures that dwell in the water, And venomous snakes and huge pythons, etc., All the creatures that enter holes, Especially the young groups in the three realms, Brave, resilient, and with sound limbs, The young and intoxicating tree of joy, And whatever is created at will, All these lives are offered as ransom. From the rulers of the gods to the rulers of humans, And the crest jewels of the rulers of the nagas, To the jewels between cat's eyes, Fruits, medicines, foods, Drinks, grains, silks, etc., All these possessions are offered. Livestock and people are offered as ransom. Offering the ransom of the Torma The second part is offering the ransom of the Torma, including: the offering of Dharmata, the offering of the Torma, and the offering to the arrogant ones. First is: Hum! The beginningless and endless, primordially pure Dharmadhatu, Uninterruptedly present in samsara and nirvana, The source of the arising of *Trekchö* (khregs chod) wisdom, The great *Dharmakaya* (chos sku) that pervades everything, Opening awareness like the sky, The spontaneously accomplished *samadhi* (ting nge 'dzin), The place of visions of *Tögal* (thod rgal) experience, The perfect enjoyment *Sambhogakaya* (longs spyod rdzogs pa'i sku), The *Nirmanakaya* (sprul pa'i sku) that manifests everything. Dharma and Dharmata are all exhausted, The mandala Torma of the decisive *thigle* (thig le) of the three kayas and five wisdoms is offered. This alone is the offering of the three wheels empty, It is the Torma of the Great Perfection. The offerings of the Torma include: food, wealth, the essence of the land, the essence of the region, southern items, northern items, and the offerings of the Torma, such as wine and wooden bowls, etc. Hum! The sound of the ultimate reality as it is, In the appearance of conditions, whatever may appear, It is like the reflection of a stainless mirror. If analyzed, the conventional appearance collapses. Therefore, without analyzing, enjoy the delightful experience, This great illusory enjoyment, Is as real as the treasures of the sky. Today, I offer these as the offerings of the Torma. There is no fault in this. For whatever needs the Torma may have, There is nothing more perfect than this. Therefore, this is the cloud of Samantabhadra's offering, Able to satisfy the Dharma protectors, debtors, and All compassionate guests, This is like a wish-fulfilling jewel. It is also an inexhaustible vase, An ocean of arising jewels, And a wish-granting tree that bestows what is needed and desired. Therefore, I offer all these qualities of wishes, Completely. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
