English
Visualize yourself as Yongga (Wrathful Deity), In the hearts of the goddesses and males, on the moon, there are vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: vaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, water) and jaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: jaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: jaṃ, seed syllable) respectively, which are the essence of their lives. From the hearts of yourself and the main retinue in front, radiate iron hook-like rays. From the secret place, summon the nine male and nine female Yakshas. Contemplate that there is no difference between the meditation and what is being meditated upon, and recite: Vajra Sarva Dushtan. Trig Nanan. Jaṃ Vaṃ E Hur Thum Jāḥ Ākarshuya Hriṃ Hriṃ Jāḥ Jāḥ, until a sign appears. After the sign appears, maintain the previous posture. After the union of the father and mother deities, contemplate that the male and female Yakshas are intoxicated and fainted by the semen and heat generated by the union, and that white and red bodhicitta flows out. Recite: Vajra Sarva Dushtun Trig Nanan. Jaṃ Vaṃ E Hur Thum Jāḥ Māraya Rbad, until a sign of torment appears. After the sign appears, maintain the previous posture. Then, by blowing downwards from the main deity and contracting the wind, the essence of the power of the male and female arises from the Brahma hole, From the nostrils of the deity in front, it merges into the life of yourself visualized as the Protector (Avalokiteśvara). Contemplate that they become thin, trembling, weak, and powerless, losing autonomy, promising to obey my commands, and being controlled by me. Recite: Oṃ Vasudhari Tyai. Sudatta Ai. Devyai. Āryāyai. Sarasvatyai. Chandra Kandyai. Subhadra Yai. Ratta Yai. Guhyāyai. Jambhala Jalendrāye. Saṃprajñānānāye. Guhyanaye. Pañcikāye. Vicikuṇḍaliye. Vaiśravaṇaye. Pūrṇabhadrāye. Maṇibhadrāye. Kuberā Svāye. Vaśaṃ Kuru Hoḥ, until a sign of being controlled appears. As before, at the secret tip of the nose of the Protector father and mother deities, visualize the five Dhyani Buddhas transformed from Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Om), Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Ah), Hriṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: hrīṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīṃ, Hrih), Khaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: khaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, Kham), Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Hum): Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, and Akshobhya, who appear in white, yellow, red, green, and blue respectively, with their hands in the Bodhi mudra, Varada mudra, Dhyana mudra, Abhaya mudra, and Bhumisparsha mudra, seated in their respective postures. Contemplate that they dissolve into light, transforming into a stream of five amritas, pouring down from the crowns of the male and female Yakshas, pervading their entire bodies inside and out, making them full of radiance and power, and diligently striving to accomplish my deeds. Recite Jaṃ Vaṃ one hundred and eight times. Purify the offerings and Torma, and offer them after blessing them with the heart mantra. Finally, contemplate that the assembly of deities dissolves into light, like a wish-fulfilling jewel wheel, raining down wishes like rain. The Oral Instructions for Subduing the Eight Classes of Gods and Demons Secondly, the method for subduing the Eight Classes is: on top of the mandala, place a container made of eight pieces of skull. Inside the container, write E (Tibetan, Devanagari: e, Romanized Sanskrit: e, seed syllable) on the claws of an iron scorpion, and Tri (Tibetan, Devanagari: tri, Romanized Sanskrit: tri, seed syllable) on the wings of a bat, and draw according to the illustration. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
