Attainment (ལ་འབྱོར།): It is the subtle yoga of perfect wisdom and the other four yogas. One trains through the limbs of the five families of Vajrasattva and six methods. The way to do that is to train the ordinary clinging through firm pride; to train the deluded conceptualization through clear appearance, that is, the aspect of appearance; to train the object of clinging, that is, the aspect of attachment, through pure mindfulness, by clinging to what is not that as that. Thus, in the Hevajra it says: 'Through the yoga of the generation stage, one treats elaboration as a dream, elaboration itself is non-elaboration.' So, what is the completion stage like? Like this, by combining the order of arising in samsara, which is to be purified, with the key of the order of the four yogas, which purify, one mainly accomplishes the purified result, the Dharmakaya. Why? Because it perfects wisdom. 12-511 That is, individually gathering, meditation, prana control, holding, recollection, and samadhi. Here, the eye consciousness, etc., of the senses such as the eye, etc., do not enter into external objects such as form, etc., but the divine eye consciousness, etc., of the divine eye, etc., enter into internal objects, that is, by focusing on emptiness internally, seeing all things examined on the path of emptiness, just as a young woman sees a reflection in a mirror after wiping it with a cloth. Seeing the reflection of the Buddhas of the three realms, etc., is a limb of individual gathering. Meditation has five limbs: seeing all existent things as empty is called wisdom, the mind enters into things; Vitarka (རྟོག་པ་) means the mind holding things; Vicara (དཔྱོད་པ་) means understanding the things held; Joy (དགའ་བ་) means the mind abiding in all things; Bliss (བདེ་བ་) means having complete bliss without wavering in all things. Prana control is that the left and right channels of lalanā (ལ་ལཱ་ན), rasanā (ད་ང་ར་སཱ), and sanā (སཱ་ན་) are blocked, and prana constantly enters the central avadhūtī (ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི) channel. By the practice of filling, vase-like retention, and expelling, one expels with the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) in the avadhūtī, 12-512 blocks with the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and enters with the syllable Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), with the nature of the moon, Rahu, and the sun, the yogi should practice. Holding is that in the mandala of the lord, fire, and wind, at the eyes, heart, throat, and forehead, prana enters and does not go outward, prana abides in the bindu. Recollection is of one's desired deity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Seeing is the image free from conceptualization. Then, the self-luminous circle of light, from which various forms radiate, is called the joy of the three realms. For those who are attached to the gods of the desire realm, attaining unchanging bliss and becoming one with it, the mind free from grasping and clinging is a limb of the Samadhi of the Tathagatas. Thus, in the Condensed Tantra, it is said: 'Individually gathering into the body, the ten objects and subjects are not allowed to enter. Meditation is also wisdom, discernment and contemplation, joy and immobility, bliss and one-pointedness. The effort of life also carries the two paths, entering into life in the central channel. Life is fully absorbed into the bindu, destroying the movement of both, holding one-pointedness of mind.' Whatever happens in the appearance of Tummo, one will surely remember the body and the sky. With the nature of wisdom and skillful means, by the power of unchanging bliss, one enters Samadhi in the form of wisdom. Also, in the Condensed Supreme Bliss it is said: 'The recitation of secret mantras and meditation are also accomplished by bliss.' Also, in Hevajra it is said: 'First meditate on black, then meditate on red, third meditate on yellow, fourth likewise on green, fifth on the color blue, and sixth on the white body. The yogi meditates on the six limbs, and likewise even to the end of joylessness.' Also, in the Glorious Guhyasamaja it is said: 'Individual gathering and meditation, life effort likewise holding, remembrance and Samadhi, the union is explained as six limbs. Of the senses, in all their respective places of activity, individually gathering with desire, therefore it is said to be individual gathering. The five desires, in short, are united with the five Buddhas. Constant meditation is thus said. The reality of all Buddhas is peace, abiding completely in all desires. The nature of the five wisdoms is breath, the essence of the five elements. Having arisen from the form of a lump, it is carefully observed at the tip of the nose. The five colors of jewels are called life and effort. Having contemplated one's own mantra in the heart, it is placed as the bindu of life. The self-nature jewel denies, grasping and clinging are thus said. The mind transforms into the vajra of obstruction, the attachment to signs arises. The realm of signs is fivefold, the Bodhi Vajra has spoken thus.'
