其他更详细的内容,你将在每半月诵读《别解脱经》(So so thar pa'i mdo,戒经)时听到。

One should not make (images). This is to ensure complete adherence to the precepts. After that, one must necessarily connect with the image related to the precepts. From now on, you should regard the Khenpo (亲教师) as your father. The Khenpo should also regard you as his son. From now on, you should serve the Khenpo for as long as you live. The Khenpo should also take care of you until you die or recover. This is the necessary connection with the image related to the precepts. After that, one must necessarily connect with taming oneself. Oh, fortunate one (Tshe dang den pa, term of respect for ordained people), listen! From now on, you should, with respect and humility, out of consideration and fear of their shame, abide in a position to receive instructions from those who practice celibacy, the elder monks, the intermediate monks, and the new monks. This is the necessary connection with taming oneself. After that, one must necessarily connect with pursuing what is necessary. From now on, you should request instruction on the scriptures (Lung nod kha ston zhu wa pa), study and memorize the scriptures (Bklag blo la 'dzin pa pa). In order not to forget the meaning of repeated recitation, instruction should be given. One should be skilled in the five aggregates (Phung po, aggregates), the twelve sources (Kham, sense fields), the eighteen elements (Skye mched, sense bases), the twelve links of dependent origination (rTen cing 'brel par 'byung ba, interdependent arising), and what is appropriate and inappropriate. Appropriate refers to obtaining joy and satisfaction from correct practice, and inappropriate refers to changes arising from incorrect practice. In order to obtain the aggregate of precepts (Tshul khrims kyi phung po) that has not yet been obtained, to realize the aggregate of concentration (Ting nge 'dzin gyi phung po) that has not yet been realized, and to manifest the aggregate of wisdom (Shes rab kyi phung po) that has not yet been manifested, you should not abandon diligence. This is closely related to pursuing what is necessary. After that, one should also speak of the practice of completely understanding what has not been spoken, having been correctly received. These are just the brief foundations of learning that I have spoken to you. Other more detailed content, you will hear when reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra (So so thar pa'i mdo, Sutra of Individual Liberation) every half month. Others include pleasant and friendly conversations with the Khenpo, the Acharya (Slob dpon, teacher), the same Khenpo, the same Acharya, pleasant words, amiable speech, endearing ways of remembering names and families, and actions such as the common path of practice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Even those spiritual friends who have grown up a little will be widely proclaimed. That is the expression of truly grasping what has not been said, fully understanding the practice. After that, it must also be combined with reverence: With wisdom illuminating the supreme teachings of the Buddha, you will be fully ordained. The leisure and fortune are difficult to obtain, so practice these as they are. For those who are beautiful, of noble lineage, without flaws, and who have renounced the world, and for those who are free from obstacles such as killing their parents, the fully ordained Sangha is conferred. The fully enlightened Buddha knows all this, and declares it with a true vow. This is what must be combined with reverence. After that, it must be combined with the method of practice: Venerable one, you have already received the full ordination, practice diligently. This is to diligently cultivate patience in properly and correctly accepting and rejecting what should be practiced, abandoned, and cultivated. Then, the practitioners should offer a gesture of gratitude, make offerings, and the monks should, as before, make aspirations, observe the precepts of the law, and regard the suffering of beings as the only medicine, and dedicate the root of virtue. This is the ritual for conferring full ordination. The Vows of the Upavāsa (fasting) Vow: The vows of Upavāsa are said to be for those who cannot practice detachment from both desire and misconduct, so that they can practice the Dharma that combines the two. This brings one closer to an Arhat, or closer to the vows of lifelong celibacy, hence the name 'Near Dwelling' (Tibetan: བསྙེན་གནས།). It is obtained by taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, and vowing to observe the Upavāsa vows. As the Abhidharmakośa says: 'By speaking in a low voice, reciting, not adorning or standing, the Upavāsa vow is complete, and the next day one seeks it from another.' This means that the one receiving the vows should speak in a low voice, and the one giving the vows should sit on a high seat. Usually before eating, just as the sun rises, one should bathe and not wear ornaments, and be pure in conduct. One should prostrate three times to the teacher, thinking, 'I want to take the Upavāsa vows,' and then request. After prostrating, let him sit cross-legged with palms together. From today until the sun rises tomorrow, vow to protect the eight branches of the Upavāsa, and repeat after me: 'Venerable one, please listen, I (say your name) from this time until the end of my life, take refuge in the Buddha (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बुद्ध, Sanskrit Romanization: Buddha, Chinese literal meaning: Awakened One), the best of the two-legged.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
