Proclaiming the sound of joy, the howling wind is extremely terrifying, the sound of Rulu resounds like a thousand dragons roaring (527). One body pervades all the empty realms, one word measures the edge of the sky, one mind pervades the mandala of knowledge. The Buddhas of the three times are taken as ornaments, the sentient beings of the three realms are held in the hand, phenomenal existence, samsara and nirvana are all contained within the Dharma. The great mother who is the lord of all samsara and nirvana, the vast expanse of Samantabhadri's space, the great mistress of the four times and the realm of reality, we beseech you, we offer to you, we prostrate to you. Please show your joyful face, please grant the signs of accomplishment, please increase the radiance of glory, please increase the view and samadhi of Vajrayogini, please increase power, glory and dominion, please increase majesty and merit, please increase the army that is victorious over others, furthermore, please avert the punishment of the king, please transform the laziness of the ministers, please pacify the evil words of the people. Furthermore, for the yogis, myself and my retinue, please do not send disease to the people, please do not send disasters to the livestock, please do not send destruction to the wealth, please do not send quarrels and arguments, please do not send taking and (528) offenses, please do not scold in public, please do not set traps among the birds, please do not let those weaker than oneself despise, please be equal with those who are not equal, please create victory above the two equals, please grant the accomplishment of retinue and fame, please spread power and wealth in all ten directions, please spontaneously accomplish the four activities, please fulfill all transgressions, mistakes and impairments, please protect the unsurpassed doctrine, please protect the yogis who abide by their vows, please accomplish the activities that transform according to wishes, please grant the supreme and common accomplishments. Ho! Great messenger of the supreme command of the planets, great worker of blazing glory, great lord of all empty realms, great master of the life of all beings. Body color green-black blazing with light, nine heads manifest in the three existences, a thousand eyes blazing with the fire of the end of the kalpa, the right hand holds an arrow and a makara banner, the left hand holds a bow and an illusory lasso, the lower body is bound by a bundle of a thousand snakes, raining down hail and poisonous arrows.
