The faithful who desire accomplishments, accomplishments arise from pleasing the Guru. Thus it is said. Furthermore, abandoning all offerings, by offering to the Guru, one also attains the great state of omniscience. It is also an offering to Vajrasattva. One accumulates all the accumulations of merit at once. All the ascetic practices of the Dharma are also based on and practiced through this. Therefore, one should strive to please the Guru by putting aside great tasks and abandoning small ones. As it is also said: From the Glorious Root Tantra of the Source of Vows: Having completely abandoned all offerings, truly perform the offering to the Guru. By pleasing him, one will attain omniscience, that supreme wisdom will be attained. The teacher who performs the unsurpassed deeds is the most excellent Vajrasattva. If one has not accumulated his merit, and has not relied on asceticism, what is there? Thus it is said. Furthermore, if one worships and pleases the great lord of yoga, the Guru of Secret Mantra, then one also worships all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. One also worships all the great mandalas. One also worships all the nearby mandalas. It is also called the nearby mandala, what need is there to mention pleasing one's own Yidam deity? The common faults of breaking the vows of individual liberation, and the ten non-virtues, the five heinous crimes, etc., and especially the faults of breaking the vows of Secret Mantra, will also be purified. As it is also said: From the Root Tantra of the Vajrasattva Magical Net: If one offers the five objects of enjoyment of power, one is offering to all the mandalas. What need is there to mention the nearby mandala? All faults will be purified. Thus it is said. In short, if one relies on and worships the Guru, the qualities are inconceivable. From the Mind Tantra, the Glorious Guhyasamaja: More than offering and honoring as many Tathagatas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, if one honors a single pore of the Guru's body, or if one pleases just a single pore, the merit is greater. Thus it is said. This is called the Tenth General Meaning of the Profound Collection of Condensed Meanings: The Stages of Guru Sadhana, completed by the Emanation Gara Dorje for the benefit of the fortunate ones. Ekajati, the protector of mantras, guard this teaching! Release the transmission when you meet the fortunate one! (340) Be a companion and grant accomplishments.

gye ching. May it not be lost to the hands of those who are not vessels. Protect the Samaya. Samaya. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Guhya. May there be auspiciousness. (341) This is the text called "Eleven Meanings." (342) I prostrate to the glorious Vajradhara, to the Lama and the Yidam deity, to the Dakini who bestows bliss, with body, speech, and mind. Among these, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, with great compassion and skillful means, the teacher Kuntuzangpo, from the state of the clear light of the Dharmakaya, appeared as the Sambhogakaya adorned with marks and signs. Although the minds of those to be tamed are different, here, to enable a fortunate individual to attain Buddhahood, there are eleven meanings: First, before enlightenment and Buddhahood, before ignorance and sentient beings, how does the actual basis (343), the nature of reality, abide? Second, how does delusion arise from such abiding? Third, even in delusion, how does the essence or seed of the perfectly enlightened Buddha reside in sentient beings? Fourth, where does it reside, and how is it indicated? Fifth, from where does the wisdom path that resides in this way arise, and how is it indicated? Sixth, from which gate does it manifest, and how is it indicated? Seventh, in which realm does it appear? Eighth, how is it practiced? Ninth, how is the extent of experience measured? Tenth, if one dies (344) without gaining experience, how does the Bardo of Dharmata appear? Eleventh, the ultimate great liberation. Among these, the first is, in general, among those who follow the Great Perfection tradition and those who follow the path, here, those who follow the path, briefly determining with words, is the text that refutes both Samsara and Nirvana. If you desire Primordial Spontaneity, there are seven. This is the text that refutes that. The initial basis abides in the three: essence, nature, and compassion. The essence is empty, the nature is clear, and compassion is unceasing. The essence abides as the body, the nature abides as speech, and compassion abides as the mind. The essence abides as the body without ornaments or throne, the nature blazes with various colors. At the time of the basis, compassion abides as unceasing manifestation, thus pervading all. The essence is emptiness, therefore it is an eternal phenomenon.
