Now, I will open the door of praise and vows with the title 'Share of Others' Nourishment.' I will narrate the praise to the venerable fifteen goddesses (Sanskrit: Nitya, literally: Eternal Ones) and their retinue, this string of precious jewels, whose immaculate words are gentle to the ear and pleasing to the mind, and which is the essence of the tantric meaning. Fortunate and wise ones, please listen! To attain the first Bhumi (Sanskrit: Bhumi, literally: Earth, here referring to the level of a Bodhisattva), one must traverse the four inner and outer realms. The objects to be purified are the Rupa-skandha (Sanskrit: Rupa-skandha, literally: Aggregate of Form) and ignorance. What purifies the eyes is born from the seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན་,Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज,Sanskrit Romanization: bīja,Chinese literal meaning: Seed) 'ཨཱ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A), the goddess Vajra-mata located in the east of the Mandala (Sanskrit: Mandala, literally: Circle). What purifies (the Rupa-skandha and ignorance) are the root Avinashini (Sanskrit: Avinashini, literally: Imperishable) and the Sukshma-mata (Sanskrit: Sukshma-mata, literally: Subtle Mother). The knots of these two channels, in the form of 'པུ་' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: पु, Sanskrit Romanization: pu, Chinese literal meaning: Pu) and 'ཛ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज, Sanskrit Romanization: ja, Chinese literal meaning: Dza), are the two letters located at the crown and topknot of the head. From these two letters arise the Dhatu (Sanskrit: Dhatu, literally: Element, Realm) of teeth and nails, and the Dhatu of hair and body hair, which are the two Amritas (Sanskrit: Amrita, literally: Immortality). From each inner realm, six hundred and seventy-five Karma-vayus (Sanskrit: Karma-vayu, literally: Wind of Action) dissolve into the Avadhuti (Sanskrit: Avadhuti, literally: Unshakable). Therefore, the Dakinis (Sanskrit: Dakini, literally: Sky Goer) of the outer realms Pulirama and Bharjina are controlled, and the Kaya-smrtyupasthana (Sanskrit: Kaya-smrtyupasthana, literally: Mindfulness of Body) and Vedana-smrtyupasthana (Sanskrit: Vedana-smrtyupasthana, literally: Mindfulness of Feeling) are manifested. Furthermore, the objects to be purified are the Vedana-skandha (Sanskrit: Vedana-skandha, literally: Aggregate of Feeling) and miserliness. What purifies the nose is born from the seed syllable 'ཨི་' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ, Sanskrit Romanization: i, Chinese literal meaning: I), the goddess Guhya-shukla-mata located in the south of the Mandala. What purifies (the Vedana-skandha and miserliness) are the root Agra-mata (Sanskrit: Agra-mata, literally: Tip Mother) and the Vama-mata (Sanskrit: Vama-mata, literally: Left Mother). The knots of these two channels, in the form of 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and 'ཨཱ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A), are the two letters located at the right ear and the back of the head. From these two letters arise the Dhatu of skin and dirt, and the Dhatu of flesh. From the two inner realms, the Karma-vayus dissolve into the Avadhuti as before. Therefore, the Dakinis of the outer realms Uddiyana and Arbuda are controlled, and the Citta-smrtyupasthana (Sanskrit: Citta-smrtyupasthana, literally: Mindfulness of Mind) and Dharma-smrtyupasthana (Sanskrit: Dharma-smrtyupasthana, literally: Mindfulness of Dharma) are manifested. Therefore, the realization of the Pramudita-bhumi (Sanskrit: Pramudita-bhumi, literally: Joyful Ground) arises. Hence, there is the following scripture: 'Pulirama imperishable, the realm of teeth and nails arises, Bharjina subtle hair falls, the Rupa-skandha ignorance eye purified, born from the letter A, Vajra-mata in the east of the Mandala, I prostrate! Uddiyana tip gives rise to skin dirt, Arbuda left gives rise to flesh and blood, the Vedana-skandha stinginess nose purified, born from the letter I, Guhya-shukla-mata in the south, I prostrate! Crown topknot ear back of head, the reality of body feeling dharma mind, winds and bodhicitta dissolve in the central channel, I respectfully prostrate to that Pramudita-bhumi!' Thus, this scripture appeared. Similarly, to attain the second Bhumi, one must traverse the four inner and outer realms. The objects to be purified are the Samjna-skandha (Sanskrit: Samjna-skandha, literally: Aggregate of Perception) and greed, and the tongue. What purifies is born from the seed syllable 'ཨཱི་' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ई, Sanskrit Romanization: ī, Chinese literal meaning: I) ... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
