Such profound central channel essence, not spoken by others, is obtained from the kindness of the Guru. As stated in the Tantras, the common practices of the great sacred places, the Guru's oral instructions are clearly explained. This is a beautiful garland of flowers pleasing to the wise, as said by the master of the degenerate age, Nagarjuna Sea. 13-621 His direct disciple, Miwang Khyimpa Pandita Dragdul Dondrup Dorje from Metö, recorded the rituals of the great sacred places in the form of notes. Upon seeing this rare record, immense reverence arose for the wise teachers and disciples of the past. The Sakya Mahayana yogi, mantra holder Ngawang Kunga Sonam, based on this document, quickly compiled it into his own memorandum. The scribe was the wise Miwang Bija Vajra's hand. By this virtue, immediately after death, may I be born in the Pure Lands of the Dakinis, Sukhavati, etc., and may I, through emanations, endlessly propagate the scriptures and meanings of the Sakya Jetsun, possessing this power! May its great blessing enter the heart, the roots of logic and scripture firm, laden with the burden of the fruits of well-spoken words, the cool, smooth shade of benefit and happiness descends peacefully, may you enter the cool shade of the commentary tree.
