To rest, place (the attention) at the navel. When the path expands, one should practice the four joys (joy, supreme joy, extraordinary joy, and innate joy) of wisdom. Here, the four joys rotate, rotating counterclockwise, and are complete only when pleasure arises. The sixteen joys, such as the joy of joy, etc., indicate that there are four small joys in each rotating joy. Having no edges means having no edges of conceptual thought. Therefore, this is the path of wisdom. If, through this focus, a victory of pleasure, etc., arises, then slightly relax the focus and meditate. The focus of the fourth empowerment includes three aspects that are the pervasive cause of the first three empowerments, and the fourth empowerment itself, making four in total. First, as the pervasive cause of the vase empowerment: In the space of one's own forehead, meditate on a rotating joy, or a red dharma origin, or a blue round bindu, any one of them, or meditate alternately, and by focusing the mind on this, immeasurable non-conceptual samadhi arises, and cultivate it as an experience. This is the first aspect. The second aspect is: Meditate on the central channel from the crown of one's head to the navel, like a thin straw. At the upper end, meditate on an inverted curved Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable, and at the lower end, meditate on a Bāṃ (藏文:བྃ,梵文天城体:बँ,梵文罗马拟音:bãṃ,汉语字面意思:Bāṃ) syllable located in the center of the navel. Open the lower gate (anus) and smile, igniting the fire at the trijunction (perineum) with the wind of the anus. The fire spreads from the Bāṃ (藏文:བྃ,梵文天城体:बँ,梵文罗马拟音:bãṃ,汉语字面意思:Bāṃ) syllable, moving upwards from the central channel. When it touches the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable at the crown of the head, nectar descends. Focus on the burning and dripping on the Bāṃ (藏文:བྃ,梵文天城体:बँ,梵文罗马拟音:bãṃ,汉语字面意思:Bāṃ) syllable, and hold the wind yoga. The third path is: Meditate on the central channel as before, but meditate on the lower end at the secret place (genitals). From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable at the crown of the head, nectar flows like a waterfall, flowing outwards from the secret place by about three fingers' width, and hold the wind yoga. The key is the continuous stream of bodhicitta (the mind of enlightenment), and gathering it inwards when resting. The fourth empowerment itself is: Through such meditation, an inconceivable experience of bliss and emptiness arises, do not forget, and cultivate it continuously. When approaching dripping, meditate on drawing back inwards one, two, or all three fingers from the three fingers' width flowing outwards, and from the experience arising from that, cultivate it for a long time, this is the path of the fourth empowerment itself. If the flawless view of the fourth empowerment arises, it is said that other inconceivable yogas, etc., are not needed, and it is okay even if they are not done. Such a detailed practice of the fourth empowerment body sequence has not appeared in other explanations of the eleven yogas. What is said here is because the great Jetsun (Venerable) Khyentse Wangpo...

从法生二字到月亮和咒鬘以及bham(藏文:བྃ,梵文天城体:भं,梵文罗马拟音:bham,汉语字面意思:bham)字,如前所述,五轮圆满是秘密灌顶之道。

According to the lineage lamas, there are three extremely profound and special paper rolls, one from the Dakini and two from Vajradhara (the holder of the vajra). These are extremely rare and special instructions. Regarding the four initiations and body disciplines of the eleven yogas in general: Visualizing oneself as Jetsunma (Supreme Noble Lady, referring to Tara) is the path of the vase initiation. From the Dharma-originated two syllables to the moon and mantra garland and the syllable bham (藏文:བྃ,梵文天城体:भं,梵文罗马拟音:bham,汉语字面意思:bham), as previously explained, the completion of the five chakras is the path of the secret initiation. Focusing on the bliss of the secret place is the path of the third initiation. Understanding these as the union of bliss and emptiness is the path of the fourth initiation. The tenth yoga is the inconceivable yoga. The scripture says: 'Then, the light of the syllable bham illuminates the three realms, and the body and letters gradually enter the inconceivable state. Practicing this beforehand, one should meditate on Suchness.' As explained by Sachen (person's name): From the mantra garland in one's heart, light radiates, filling the three realms with light. The light of the three realms dissolves into the upper, middle, and lower parts of blue, red, and white. The formless realm dissolves into the upper part of the body, the form realm dissolves into the lower part, and everything dissolves into the middle part, which is the mantra and the moon. The moon also dissolves into the mantra, the mantra dissolves into the syllable bham, the syllable bham dissolves into the bindu (drop), and the bindu becomes red and white nada (sound), just as a wave dissolves into water, contemplating that nothing can be discerned. From this state, awaken awareness and remain in this state. If shamatha (calm abiding) is stronger, arise as the deity; if clarity and bliss are stronger, abide in emptiness. Then, at the time of arising, instantly arise as Jetsunma without ornaments and implements. The red color of the body is the manifestation of following sentient beings.' Etc., one may or may not remember the above-mentioned purifiers and purifying methods, it does not matter. The tenth is the inconceivable yoga, and the eleventh is the action yoga. The eleventh is the action yoga. The scripture says: 'A brief explanation of meditation for beginners,' which includes four: the actual action yoga, accumulating merit in between sessions, torma (food offering) and food yoga, and the accompanying lamp offering, totaling five. First is the actual action yoga. Sachen says: Visualizing oneself and all appearances as the body of Vajrayogini, the idea of offering the deity to the deity brings the bliss of the body. This illusory body, not moving from the inconceivable state, is the bliss of speech. All sounds are -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ངག་གི་བཟླས་
