In the center of the east of the first cloth, Bodhisattva Mañjuśrī (妙音,文殊菩萨) is saffron-colored, holding a sword in his right hand and a book on an utpala (乌巴拉花,青莲花) in his left. To his right is White Tārā (救度母,度母), with both hands forming vajra fists placed on her thighs, leaning slightly to the left in an elegant posture. To his right, in the northeast corner, is one who appears like the sun, reddish-yellow, holding a book marked with the sun on an utpala in his right hand, and a vajra fist resting on his hip in his left. Seng Sengpo'i Yang (狮子吼) is bluish-green, holding an utpala marked with a blazing jewel and a vajra. Lhunpo Tse Dzin Gyalpo (山王顶峰王) holds a precious, ornate snyem-mang. All eleven have their right hands holding their respective emblems to their hearts, and their left hands resting vajra fists on their hips. All the Bodhisattvas are adorned with precious ornaments and various silk garments, possessing a peaceful and graceful demeanor, seated in the bodhisattva posture. The right hands each hold their respective emblems at their hearts, while the left hands hold a mongoose that spews forth various jewels. Seated in the posture of royal play on a lotus and silk cushion. Adorned with precious ornaments and draped in various silk garments that flutter gracefully. With a hanging belly and a large abdomen, possessing a terrifying and majestic demeanor. Such great leaders of the Yaksha hosts are also seated in the left row. In the right row, according to tradition, Brahma and Indra are the best arrangement. According to Gyaton and others, to the right of the eastern gate, on a chariot, the red Sun God holds the mandala of the sun with both hands. To his left, on a swan, the white Moon God holds the moon. Brahma, yellow, with four faces, resides on a swan, holding a wheel in his right hand and a vase in his left. In the southeast direction, Indra, white, resides on an elephant, holding a vajra. In the south, the Fire God, red, resides on a ram, holding a fire pit. Yama, blue, resides on a buffalo, holding a staff. Rakshasa, black, resides on a corpse, holding a sword. The Water God, white, resides on a makara, holding a snake lasso. In the southwest direction, the Wind God, bluish-gray, resides on a deer, holding a banner. In the west, the Yaksha, yellow, resides on a horse, holding a staff. Ishvara, white, resides on a bull, holding a trident. The Earth Goddess resides on a pig, holding a vase with both hands. All are adorned with precious tiaras and beautiful silk garments. Thus, the Guardians of the Directions are believed to be seated in the right row, which seems to rely solely on the 'etc.' in the phrase 'Kubera and others' from the scriptures. At the eastern gate, the Great King Dhritarashtra, with a white body, holds a lute with both hands. At the southern gate, Virudhaka, blue, holds a sword. At the western gate, Virupaksha, red, holds a snake lasso. At the northern gate, Vaishravana, yellow, holds a mongoose. All four stand with their feet together. Adorned with precious tiaras and beautiful with fluttering streamers of divine red silk. Thus, clarifying the body colors and emblems of the deities who are invited and reside in front, without generating oneself as the deity, is called receiving accomplishment like a lord of the deities, which is the tradition of the tantras.
