If the monastery's tea servers (ཇ་ཏལ་པོ་, tea server) and the virtuous traditions (དགེ་རྒྱུན་, virtuous tradition) that we ourselves have newly established are not interrupted, that will be my root of virtue (དགེ་རྩ་, root of virtue). Now, please allow me to give away just a little bit of the remaining possessions, and let the monks enjoy them as they please. After a monk passes away, holding mourning is not in accordance with the Dharma, so do not do such things. The Dharma activities such as the grand Torma (གཏོར་, Torma) offering now should continue to develop. When the detailed final testament (བཀའ་ཆེམས་, final testament) was being given, the great bhikshus (དགེ་སློང་ཆེན་མོ་བ་, great bhiksu) and others said, 'This year your health is very poor.' Therefore, for the needs of the community, about three hundred healing rituals (སྐུ་རིམ་, healing ritual) and tea offerings (མང་ཇ་, tea offering) were performed in the monastery. It seems that you cannot not stay now.' They pleaded many times. Therefore, after performing these rituals, you arrived at our monastery. This meeting of teacher and disciples is truly the grace of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! If you were to pass away in the middle, would we even see your ashes? No one can accompany us forever; even the longest companionship has an end. The Perfectly Enlightened Buddha (རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་, perfect Buddha), although actually having transcended birth and death, still demonstrates passing into Nirvana (འགྲོངས་པའི་ཚུལ་, the manner of passing away) for the sake of sentient beings. On the twentieth, when the sun rose while residing in Yabchen (གཡབ་ཆེན་, Yabchen), he said to his heart-son, the great bhikshu, 'My lower part has become like this.' The bhikshu observed and said that the genitals, along with the cysts, had shrunk, leaving only a hole as thin as a needle. This was passed down from Jevon Kunchok Paldenpa (རྗེ་དབོན་དཀོན་མཆོག་དཔལ་ལྡན་པ་, Lord Jevon Kunchok Paldenpa), and was heard from his direct disciples. On the morning of the twenty-first, Jevonpa (རྗེ་དབོན་པ, Lord Jevonpa) went to see him and said, 'Your health seems very weak.' He said, 'I am fine now; I became ill on the eighteenth.' He asked, 'What signs appeared during your meditation (ཐུགས་དམ་, spiritual practice)?' He said, 'On the dawn of the sixteenth, when I was slightly asleep, I dreamed of a naked man, wearing only a loincloth and with matted hair, making a gesture of respect to me. This may be a sign of an outsider.' He asked, 'Then, when you were previously unwell, did Sakya Pandita (ས་ལོ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་ཆེན་པོ་, Sakya Pandita) appear in your dreams?' He said, 'Never.' He asked, 'Last year, when you were teaching the Lamdre (ལམ་འབྲས་, Lamdre) and became unwell due to the influence of evil spirits, would you speak?' 'You remember very clearly. Others will also come; the three Lords, Father, and Sons (རྗེ་ཡབ་སྲས་གསུམ་, Lord, Father, and Sons) will appear in person. Is Lord Sangye Rinchen Your illness initially arose due to this cause, in the middle, use medicine and rituals to treat it, and finally, let it end here.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He said, 'The situation is that since getting into trouble last year, I have done many meaningless things and become like a worldly autonomous person. Even the recitations have become meaningless, and it seems that the three Lamas (referring to the three masters of Tsongkhapa) have given up on me.' He said, 'Until now, they have not appeared.' Jey-wun (referring to the author's guru) thought, 'The situation is very bad, and it seems that prayers cannot be fulfilled.' Another time, Jey-wun (referring to the author's guru) looked intently at Konchok Palden (name of a person) and said, 'At first, I entered the Dharma at the age of thirteen, gave teachings at twenty-five, became the abbot of E-wam at thirty-seven, and became the guru of the two great patrons at forty-nine.' This was according to my age, but this year seems a bit ominous. Generally, since I ascended the throne, for about three years, wealth has been accumulated both internally and externally, and more and more monks have appeared. I thought that the only thing I could do was to teach the Dharma. Because I didn't really understand anything, Later, monks, local officials, etc., all respected me. I thought that this was the kindness of the guru. Now, I cannot move the south house of the Labrang (referring to the monastic institution), nor can I repair it. I cannot fix these greenhouses. I hope that the two great patron brothers can be more harmonious. These things worry me. In addition, it has been twenty-four years since I became the abbot, and I have been consistently performing the three Dharma activities (referring to the Kalachakra Dharma activities). When the previous guru was alive, I also moved the milk tea and other offerings to Yar-dan. Later, when someone said, 'Should we trade the common dag-jon and torma gya-tsa?', I just explained and listened to the common interests, personal interests, and summary interests. The teachings of the Sakya school were preserved. Please check my writings.' He gave many teachings about the past and the future, saying, 'There will be no obstacles in debate, answering, determining meaning, or terminology.' Near noon, when a dozen monks were performing the Vajrabhairava exorcism ritual, he said, 'I heard the sound of a long horn.' When asked if a sixtieth birthday ceremony was needed, he said, 'Do some rituals. This time it seems that both black and white sides are likely to win, but it seems that the black side will win.' After that, after noon on the twenty-first, when Jey-wun (referring to the author's guru) and a few attendants were by his side, the attendant asked, 'Are you going to do meditation and torma offerings now?' He said, 'I don't feel well right now. In a little while, I will do meditation and torma offerings at the same time, and do them quickly.' The venerable one (referring to the author) thought, 'It seems that prayers cannot be fulfilled.' He invited his heart son Konchok Gyaltsen (name of a person) from the Golden Statue Hall. After a while, he began to bathe. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
