These are the essence of the great bliss of deity-mantra, which is accomplished from the beginning, and the Nyingma school is divided into false appearances of mundane manifestation, so there is a characteristic here that is deeper than the New Mantra school. Fifth, in the introduction of naked seeing of awareness, obtain certainty and seek confidence. Obtaining certainty, diligent practice, and releasing potential, among these three, the first is: From the self-arising of awareness, it says, "There is nothing other than the state of original liberation, so let the naturally arising body be released wherever it is comfortable." As it says, since it is free from all stains, looking nakedly at this present clear and naked awareness, the Dharmakaya great bindu, which expands the three aspects of essence, nature, and compassion, has no corners and is unified, the essence of emptiness and awareness of the primordial reality. This essence of compassion and wisdom is not defiled by any conceptualizations of the three times, the present awareness is clear and without grasping, in the state of natural Dharma, without acceptance or rejection, let it rest in its natural state, and then the lama says this: "O sons of fortunate lineage! Look at this present clear and naked awareness!" etc., according to the instructions of the Mind Training Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Secondly, after establishing the path of Trekchö in this way, in order to directly reveal the spontaneously accomplished wisdom, there are four points. First, the three doors of body, speech, and mind release the nine activities, which is the same as the previous abiding. Second, in order to seize the key points of the body, three postures are shown, and at the same time, direct wisdom descends upon oneself. First, the posture of the Sambhogakaya is said to be based on the posture of an elephant, which is to face down, knees touching the chest, and the soles of the feet facing outwards. Erect the two elbows, support the cheeks with the palms, tilt the neck slightly backwards, and look straight ahead or slightly upwards. If the key points cannot be grasped with the posture of the Nirmanakaya, the body cannot be contracted, so it is said that the posture of a hermit should be used to contract it. That is, squat with the legs together, place the elbows on the knees, support the cheeks, or cross the hands on the knees, cover the elbows with the palms, and look slightly down, staring straight at the space between the eyebrows without moving.

If you don't practice the skill of posture, the mind will not be subdued, so you should subdue the mind with a posture like the Dharmakaya lion, (the master) said. That is, the body's spine is straight, and the hips protrude slightly backward. Place the fists with the fingers curled inward, palms down, in the center of the two soles of the feet extended forward. Tilt the neck back and stare blankly at the sky above. The key to speech is: gradually strengthen the vow of silence every day, and learn to be like a mute, saying nothing. The key to the mind is: to keep the mind focused on a state free from scattered thoughts and ideas, (the master) said. These are the prior grasps of the key points of body, speech, and mind. Then, relying on these three key points, bring (awareness) directly into one's own experience. The key to the door (key point) is: to practice any of the three ways of looking, (the master) said. That is, the Dharmakaya's way of looking is to look up, as if looking up at the crown of the head. The Sambhogakaya's way of looking is to look sideways, as if aligning a straight arrow shaft. The Nirmanakaya's way of looking is to look down slightly, as if a practitioner is contemplating in meditation. The key to the object is: in a cloudless clear sky, look west in the morning and east in the afternoon. Or, in order to make the appearance of luminosity easier, coordinate with the times of the two "colors" (referring to sunrise and sunset), facing east at sunrise and facing west at sunset. Aim the eyes at a place about an arrow's length below the sun. Generally, the support of the Dharmakaya is the sun, the support of the Sambhogakaya is the moon, and the support of the Nirmanakaya is the lamp, and one can focus on any of them. The key to the wind-mind is: learn to let the breath flow gently and slowly from the mouth, not from the nostrils. This is not intentional, but rather to let the breath naturally enter or exhale, or to hold the breath slightly when exhaling, which is important for beginners, (the master) said. Like this, coordinate the posture and the way of looking, exhale slowly, and fix the awareness without distraction in the center of the sky. Initially, in the white, chaotic, and scattered light, the sight called "Vajra Chain" will appear, which is the light of five colors and bindus, like tying a knot in a horse's tail, or like a necklace of gold threads and pearls, appearing in a slightly jumping and swaying state, (the master) said to imprison it. The trick to that is to turn the eyes up slightly, and between the eyebrows, there is something called the "Lamp of Pure Space," whose shape is the Tibetan letter
