Seizing the gathering places of (someone), insulting all religious practitioners, harming all sentient beings, especially enemies who cause harm and injury to us yogis, teachers, benefactors, people, wealth, retinues, etc., who harbor malicious thoughts, act harshly, and hold competitive and confrontational minds, spreading rumors, creating disputes, engaging in theft and robbery, inciting wars and conflicts, preparing malicious food and poison, performing the three actions of suppression, cursing, and elimination, creating various disasters, attacking the body and life, and all the gods who are enemies, as well as the spirits who lead the three of enemies, demons, and evil spirits, sending hail, frost, and drought, spreading human and livestock diseases and plagues, causing landslides, avalanches, and droughts, all harmful demons, ghosts, evil spirits, fierce gods, vengeful spirits, demons, lords of disease, lords of plague, ghosts of disaster, male and female ghosts, spirits, and their companions, all of these should be brought instantaneously and uncontrollably to the summit of existence, the Avici Hell, the four continents, and Mount Meru.
