Sashying! Offering, praising, and practicing the Great Goddess, can it accomplish the recitation and practice activities? If one abides by the samaya, can it be matured? Thus asked and requested for an answer. O! Please listen, glorious Heruka! I am a fortunate son endowed with the supreme vehicle. I will accomplish according to the command and abide by the samaya. Please grant me the accomplishment of maturation and liberation. Three times. Then, wash with the action vase, cut off obstacles, meditate on the protective wheel, offer the mandala and prostrate. Pouring the samaya water: Hūṃ! The samaya of secret mantras, and especially of the Great Goddess, protect the samaya of offering, praise, and activities, if violated, it will be burned in the blazing hell. Therefore, drink the secret samaya water. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ samaya! Taking refuge: Hūṃ! Lama, Great Glorious Heruka, Three Roots, lineage-holder, mandala deity, To the assembly of Mother Tantra Dakinis, please protect us and bestow blessings. For the sake of the happiness of us sentient beings, generate the Bodhicitta and practice the Goddess, please protect us truly. Then, entrust the generation stage, burn incense and offer torma, play music, invoke blessings and stabilize. Tiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā! Saying this, scatter flowers. Then, for the meaning of empowerment, repeat this following: Hūṃ! By the True Lama, the Great Glorious One, please grant me the life empowerment of the arrogant assembly of Dakinis. Three times. In the palace of the precious manifold vase, the main Mother Tantra, the Glorious Goddess resides, by bestowing this supreme empowerment to the fortunate son, may the empowerment of the body of the mantra-protecting Dakinis be obtained.
