One should strive not to be distracted. At the end of each session, visualize the assembly of wrathful deities, flames, weapons, etc., the three objects, simultaneously or sequentially, and suppress them fiercely. Sanskrit Romanization: sarva bhighnan shatrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: All Obstacles Enemies)," and include "Shambu" in the recitation. During breaks between sessions, make offerings and praises, recite the root mantra, and receive the four empowerments of body, speech, and mind. If someone recites hundreds of thousands, millions, or tens of millions of times, by reciting through the order of the faculties, both attainments will surely be obtained, and the eight classes of beings and yaksha assemblies will carry out tasks according to commands and accomplish activities according to vows. Harmful Skab demons, Brelpong, Berag, etc., cannot approach within a yojana or a calling distance. Without this, relying on wealth deity practice and yaksha offerings and praises, even if the attainment is great, there are many obstacles, and Berag, Brelpong, and Skab demons will harm and injure. Even if one possesses wealth, there will be death and poverty, using temporary methods to dispel them, ultimately uniting with the supreme. Therefore, this heart essence instruction of practice, in the future degenerate age of strife, may it meet with those who have affinity and karma, and may they practice the supreme common qualities to the end. Gya Gya Gya! Kampa Nyima Drakpa invited it from Kham Sermo Dzong (location now unknown) in the Earth Male Horse year (1258), and in the Earth Female Rabbit year, due to the strong request of the mantra holder of Spa, Orgyen Gonpo, it was copied from yellow paper in Serza Lhutang in the third month of the Tibetan calendar.

Depending on the abundance of materials such as la and 'dam, the medium offering consists of five grains piled into one khal (a unit of capacity), while the lower offering arranges grain piles according to the number of deities. In the center, place statues made of precious materials like la and 'dam, or use flour made from five grains, mixed with precious gems, medicines, and incense. Decorate it with glorious tormas (gtor ma) made of jewels and cakras (cakra), and erect a beautiful silk tent. Surround the statues or tormas with various precious gems, silks, and wish-fulfilling items. Around the perimeter, arrange offerings, male and female attire, umbrellas, victory banners, flags, armor, and weapons. Display celestial ornaments, curtains, and representations of body, speech, and mind (statues, scriptures, stupas). Make the arrangement beautiful and pleasing to the eye, highlighting its excellence. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Next is the sequence of actual practice: From the seed syllable (བྷྲཱུྃ,bhūṃ, ഭൂം,Earth) at the heart of the deity visualized as oneself, radiate and gather rays of light, transforming into the palace of Namtösé (rnam mang thos sras, Vaisravana), the son of the gods, a precious palace made of gold, adorned with eight thousand great pillars, beautiful and harmonious. The rooftops are made of rubies, sapphires, and other gems, possessing splendor, pleasing to the mind, and beyond the grasp of thought. Visualize everything clearly, with the deity's retinue manifestly present. After inviting, seating, offering, prostrating, and praising, from the syllable Om (ཨཱོཾ,oṃ,ओं,Om) at the forehead of the deity visualized as oneself, radiate five-colored light, striking the deity visualized in front. By gaining clarity, the outer and inner realms of yakshas, the palace is adorned, a precious palace, with corners and expanse beyond the grasping mind, in the realm of reality. The yaksha retinue and the deity's retinue appear like reflections, clear and pure, beautiful and radiant, flickering like a vivid vision. Direct unwavering devotion and recite this mantra: Om Bhaisharamanaye Yaksha Sarvasamayacitta Hring Hring Jah Jah During the practice, make offerings and praises, and at the end of the session, receive the four empowerments. This outer practice, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, should be recited seven million times and put into practice. At that time, the signs of warmth in the practice will depend on the practitioner's previous training, the extent of their merit, the armor of diligence, the strength of their devotion and faith. One may fly into the sky, to the continents of the three thousand worlds and the four continents, Mount Meru, golden mountains, playful oceans, and jewel continents. Mansions, flowers, trees, and six kinds of fruits will ripen. Various auspicious signs, experiences, and dreams will be clear. At that time, as one is free from grasping at hope and fear, the deity and oneself, in the essence of reality, are in a state of samadhi, inseparable and undivided, in the mind.
