I draw forth the power of compassion from my heart. Please discern between good and bad, and separate them fairly. If you, the guardian deities I rely on, are distracted, then who will the yoga of the vow-bound practitioner depend on? If you do not listen even when spoken to, and do not act even when urged, then what is the need for constant offerings and worship? If oath-breakers, Chinese ghosts, and malevolent spirits flourish, then your power, strength, and ability are all in vain. Therefore, for fierce activities, put on armor, take up weapons, and ride on swift horses. Run with power, skill, ferocity, speed, and strength. Please accomplish the task of liberating enemies who have broken their vows. Saying this, offer golden libation and bear impartial witness. This is good as a part of the razor wheel in the goddess's liberation activity, spreading it freely under the name of a fierce mantra holder. Then, one should engage in the liberation activity, as it says in the treasure text: Homage to the assembly of wrathful Torma mothers! Place the lingam in the homa pit. Finally, circle various substances for subjugation. The yogi generates confidence in their view and speaks in an wrathful tone. As it is said: Hūṃ Hūṃ Bhyaḥ! I am the great glorious authentic Heruka. The great lord of all ḍākinīs and mothers. There is no one greater, more powerful, or more arrogant than me. All, all are my servants and retinue. Male lineage, female lineage, arrogant assemblies, gather now! Here, to protect the Buddha's teachings and the Sangha, the time has come to subdue those who transgress the command and break their vows, enemies, obstructors, and harm-doers. All the deities, generate the power of your bodies! Draw forth the strength of your abilities, clarify the samādhi of your minds! Oṃ Vajra Shrī Heruka Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyaḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ! Recite as much as possible. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! In front of me, who is clear as the great glorious one with his retinue, a triangular dharma source made of burning meteoric iron, extremely fierce and terrifying, vast and tall, with deep color, inside which is a nine-tiered horse-stirrup, from "Nri" and "Tri", enemies, obstacles, and spirits appear as blue, with emaciated bodies, possessing the mudra of sorrow. Through the power and strength of the command and truth of the glorious protectors, the outer, inner, and secret Lha-Srin De-gye, along with their respective emanated retinues, and the great truth, may the common enemies who possess the ten perfections, the enemies of the lama, the personal enemies of the yogi, those who destroy the Buddha's teachings, those who despise the Three Jewels, those who steal from the Sangha, those who despise all Dharma practitioners, those who harm all sentient beings, especially those enemies who harm and injure us yogis, teachers, patrons, people, wealth, retinues, etc., those who harbor evil thoughts and harsh actions, those who engage in competition and instigation, those who spread slander and create discord, those who commit theft, robbery, and plunder, those who incite war, conflict, and strife, those who prepare bad food and poison, those who perform the three actions of suppression, expulsion, and elimination, those who create various disasters, and those enemies, including gods, who attack body and life, and enemy ghosts.
