Entrust to you! Protect property, liberate from thieves! Yogi's horses, cattle, sheep, and other livestock property, entrust to you, joyfully and satisfyingly enjoy! Protect from robbers, thieves, obscurations, and jackals! Yogi's retinue, disciples, and servants, entrust to you, please protect and safeguard! Protect those with vows, liberate those without vows! Hūṃ bhyoḥ! Glorious goddess, smoky coal-colored one! We yogis and practitioners, rely on you as a master, may your power not be small! Rely on you as a mother, may your heart not be distant! Rely on you as a sister, may your behavior not be base! As a wife, may you not be unequal! As a friend, may you not be malicious! As a maidservant, may you not be lazy! Rely on you as a slave, may your ability not be small! Send you as a messenger, may you not be slow! Appoint you as a butcher, may you not miss the enemy! As a protector, may you not let go of obstacles! When called, may your ears not be deaf! When signaled, may your eyes not be closed! When urged, may you not delay! When cursed, may your actions not be delayed! When ordered, may you not be slow! Please accept this great blood offering! Repel enemies and demons, transform obstacles! From now until enlightenment is attained, please be my protector, savior, and helper! It is an offering, do not despise it! It is reliance, do not distance yourself! Accomplish the entrusted tasks! Thus, offer with essence and torma. The activity of protection is extremely profound. From the heart drop of the mantra lord Barmé, exists the extremely profound activity of protection. Homage to the assembly of Māmo who subdue and cast! The yogi of mantra lord Barmé, if desiring to protect oneself, then smear the mandala with fragrant water and medicine. On the crescent-shaped torma, construct a richly decorated mandala. The main deity's body is reddish-yellow, holding a khaṭvāṅga in the right hand and a kapala in the left, in a semi-lotus posture, a wheel-shaped form. Also hang a tent of five-colored silk. Arrange medicine and rakta pūja. The yogi sits on a comfortable seat. In an instant, in the invisible emptiness, a black storm, a valley of fire. On the lotus and sun-moon seat, from the white seed syllable Mā of the heart, rays of light radiate, offering to the Buddhas. The blessings gather back, touching all the arrogant beings of samsara and nirvana. Pacifying anger, gathering power, dissolving into the form of light. The seed syllable Mā transforms, becoming complete recollection. The glorious goddess, reddish-yellow in color.
