I offer the mandala. This is a brief explanation of the empowerment, a great guide. It is only to fulfill the wishes of the letters. Although it was offered in the notes by an old hermit, what else am I other than a diligent practitioner? Alas! Although I am weary with old age and devoted to practice, I do not take steps towards true abiding. Some meaningless, erroneous words, like the traces of insects, I write, what do you think, know that it is an error. This was said by Vāgīndra, auspiciousness! A Good Vase for Fulfilling Desires, Arranged in Order for Empowerment. A text called "A Good Vase for Fulfilling Desires, Arranged in Order for the Empowerment of the Wealth Owner Wish-Fulfilling Jewel" is present. Homage to the blind deity, the secret truth). Even the smallest fraction of the hundredfold light of your name, together with destroying the darkness of those who suffer, bestows the appearance of benefit and happiness. Vajra-holder, guru, lord of secrets, protect these beings. In the palace of precious accomplishments, the deity who showers down all desired virtues, the empowerment of the king of yakshas, an easily accessible ritual, make a good vase that fulfills desires. Here, the method of how to bestow the empowerment of the wealth owner wish-fulfilling jewel will be arranged in order. That is, in the root text of the treasure: From the Wealth Owner Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the empowerment that fulfills all needs and desires is present. Homage to the king of the wrathful ones. From the auspicious and virtuous mountain, at the time when the planets and stars are in harmony, according to the size of the dwelling, set up as many platforms as possible, especially collecting earth from monasteries, residences, and market places. Complete the activities of the mandala. Cleanse and purify, and sprinkle with fragrant scents. Draw the lines, and outside, with four doors, corners, and horse landings, place four treasure vases in the four directions. Place four houses in the four intermediate directions. In the spaces between them, place wish-fulfilling trees, uncultivated crops, wish-fulfilling cows, bathing ponds, and a triple-layered precious fence. In the center, divide the lotus with colors matching the number of deities, and in the outer courtyard, arrange piles of colored powders according to the colors of the eight nagas and above, and make it beautiful. In the center, with the radiance of gold, ruby, and indranila, make a castle-shaped torma made of medicine, incense, and grain flour, complete with ornaments. In the east, write the seed syllable of the deity. In the south, place the leg of a mongoose.

yal pa! In the west, place a red tree or a copper vase decorated with a blue ribbon around its neck, adorned with amulets, conch shells, dharma conches, feathers, leaves, and fruits, and fill it with one-third of fragrant water. In the north, place a banner, surrounded by offerings, protector tormas, and so on. Conduct the ritual uprightly, clearly visualizing the self-arisen deity. Complete the approach and accomplishment, fulfill with the tsok wheel, request siddhis, generate the action vase, purify the disciples with bathing, offer to and protect the white side, expel the black side, and protect with the protective wheel. Hold a precious mandala plate in the left hand, but do not bestow empowerment without a special connection, i.e., a good connection between the guru and the disciple. In particular, even if one can benefit oneself but not others, do not entrust the treasure of siddhis to a disciple who cannot benefit Buddhism and sentient beings. Be sure to give it to a qualified disciple, and do not transmit it to only one person, but spread it widely. Samaya! Gya gya gya! From then on, the ritual is clear, and there is no need to write it separately. After preparing and practicing in this way, purify the action vase. From emptiness, the vase is: a palace made of jewels, its interior complete with characteristics. The wrathful Hayagriva, the lord of empowerment, red, embracing the vajra bell mother. Marked with the head of a horse, completing the wrathful attire. The small wrathful deity emanated from the body, destroying the demons and dissolving into the water in the vase, making the vase water powerful. Oṃ vajra krodha haya grīva hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रीव हुं फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra krodha haya grīva hūṃ phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Wrath, Horse Head, Hum, Phat!) Recite many times, then the wrathful deity dissolves into the vase water, transforming into the nectar that accomplishes all actions. Perform light dissolution in this way. In addition, prepare the eight auspicious symbols, the seven treasures, tsakli, nearby barley, incense, tormas, empowerment offering mandalas, etc., and have the disciples sit in order, bathe, expel obstacles, visualize the protective wheel, etc., according to the common method. Then, the lama explains the Dharma in detail or briefly as appropriate, and appropriately tells some history related to the Dharma and the key points. The disciples offer mandalas. Then, at dawn or dusk at the time of empowerment, say to the disciple who is determined to be qualified: Hey! Son of the assembly here, do you have bodhicitta? Can you benefit yourself and others? Will you not forget the profound approach and accomplishment? Will you practice according to the instructions?
